Show in Scripture (KJ, please) a passage that directly refers to Him as a female.

Here are examples from the Bible showing that God portrays what we consider female attributes.

Well I have never heard of this person.
As to when God is going to do something positive for us... He IS!

Does He not tell us that a Father will discipline the son in whom he delights?

He love us so is disciplining us. When we quit rebelling and turning what He says into what society calls bad and turn back to His ways, He will bless us again.

It is happening just not as quickly as in times past.
