Well, right out of the gate you start with an error.
Not only in the Hebrew text is
arur (אָרוּר) not past tense, its Qal passive participle. It's not even past tense in the KJV. "Thou art" is the Old English equivalent of "you are" which is strictly present tense.
Yea, this is Gap-theory. First, to mean "became" or "become" in Hebrew, "hayah" almost always requires the preposition "le" meaning "to" right after. Genesis 1:2 doesn't have it.
Second, the verse begins with a grammatical structure (waw+noun+verb) that indicates a description of an existing state, not a change in state.
Third, that is just not how the author intended it and how the Hebrew people understood it. If you really want to know more about this, see my essay here...

This is perfect example of why one should either move to more updated versions of the Bible, like NKJV in this case, refer to the source Hebrew text...or learn Old English. In Old English the "replenish" in Genesis 1:28 did not mean "refill". The Old English word comes from the French word "replenir" which means "to fill completely" or "to make full".
In Old French (Old English took it on), the prefix "re-" was an intensive modifier meaning "thoroughly" and not something that indicated repetition. Like the word "rejoice" or "research". When the KJV was published (1611) the Old English of "replenish" was still in use.
Of course our more modern English interferes with a proper interpretation of Old English, which you have demonstrated perfectly.
Since you don't quote verses, I can only guess at your attempt. I'm pretty sure I know what you're trying to reference...and it is no evidence of anything you are presenting.

This has nothing to do with your suggested fall being in Genesis 1:2.
Regarding the Book of Enoch
1. Comparing all the various fragments found in Ge’ez, Greek, and Aramaic. One finds
significant differences from editing over the centuries. Conversely, when new textual finds of the Old Testament are found, like in the Dead Sea scrolls, one finds that there are very few insignificant changes if any to the OT text. This consistency gives confidence to the Old Testament text
and sheds serious doubt on the Enoch text (since there are many changes in the Enoch text over time).
2. The independent scrolls that make up the Book of Enoch as we know it was written by multiple, unnamed authors
3. the archeological finds indicate the various scrolls were written during the Intertestamental Period (when God had ended all prophesy)
4. The Jewish culture from which the cultural lore was recorded and compiled into the book of Enoch was compromised and frequently punished by God because of their belief about evil spirits, gods, and idols from other cultures
