Currently attending BLUE MOUNTAIN COLLEGE.

(BMC is a Southern Baptist owned, libral arts college for women with a concurrent program for men entering the ministry. A small school with an enrollment of 350-400 - but looking to grow that up towards about twice that over the next decade)

I can't recomend BMC highly enough.

I will graduate in 2005 with a BS in social Science and a teacher's certification but I hope to be pastoring by then.
Teaching is merely the fallback option.

Completed all but 24 hours toward a Bachelor's in Music Education from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, TX.

Considering changing majors and schools and attending Criswell College or Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. As soon as I figure out how to stay in my ministry position, drive the 3 hours to school, and of course pay for the classes. Pray please... pray hard.

Since this thread has been developing for quite a while, I thought I'd add my two cents. New to the forum, and this is my very first post. One of my good friends got me into the forum "building" ... and I'm looking around the rooms.

Graduated (1983) from Bob Jones University with a B.A. in English/Journalism. Grew up in Tucson, Arizona, and also attended summer classes at the University of Arizona (Go, Wildcats!!).

When did you graduate from HPU? I had several friends attend there in the mid-80s.

You are almost finished with that degree. Why not finish it and then go to SWBTS or Criswell? You could finish that degree in another year.

have seriously studied the Bible since 1983, mostly in Sunday School and with various pastors.

took enough credits from community colleges to get a BA if I would have followed their prescibed course of study and gone to a university. an ecclectic mix of biology, business, english, math and psychology, Took what I felt I needed to be able to run my own business which God saw fit to relieve me of.
