Lots of "Christians" sin in the eyes of people, the question is: Does God forgive and remember no more the sin of adultery? How about does God forgive the sin of judging another man's (Jesus) servant? Folks that ride high horses have a long fall ahead.

Too many on this board are on the high horse and judge me. I refer to them as gremlins.

The Lord freely and fully forgives, but we still have responsibilities!

I am no longer married for the 50th time!
God word doesn't care about what the state says about your marriage. Your vows stated until Death do us part. You have made it clear that there was no Biblical Ground for Divorce so your marriage still stands in God's eyes.

Mark 10:19 "What therefore God has joined together, let not man separate.”

Wrong. She abandoned me by starting the whole process and throwing me out of the house! I just grew weary and tired of her acts of defiance.

No I drink today to the glory of God. You are against drinking but that is your opinion and not mine. Why won't you read God gave wine, or drinking with Calvin and Luther?

My positions have changed in a number of areas that what is shown on the site. However my best article on evolution and biblical creationism still reflects my views.
1. Your wife abandoning you does not justify your justification for divorcing her. Again, this is what I'm talking about...self-centered justification.

2. I'm not against drinking, and I'm really not sure what gave you that idea. You obviously were not "drinking to the glory of God" when you insisted that it was your right to drink under "Christian liberty" when your wife believed it was a sin. Again, this is what I am talking about....self-centered justification.

3. Yes, your positions have changed to suit your desires. And again, this is what I am talking about....self-centered justification.

Brother, it is not enough to call yourself a disciple of Christ. You really need to submit to His teachings. You cannot say that you are doing this (and I believe you are at least smart enough to realize this fact). If I can help you in any way, please feel free to PM me. But until you are willing to submit to Christ in all of these areas of your life, I don't think there is very much you can do for the kingdom. The Christian life is a process of repentance, but you seem so focused on justifying your transgressions and fulfilling your desires that submitting to the Lordship of Christ is foreign to your theology....except in word. When word and deed depart, all you are left with is what you have done.
