I don't watch the View and don't really give a hoot about its main hosts. She only got 2 weeks, meh....they only did that for show and to draw attention to the show.

It was quite hurtful. The emotional scars remain to this very day. (Just kidding. It was funny)

I do. She asserts - albeit not directly - that Jews were merely a subset of white Germans. That's not true.
Jews are their own ethnicity or race, if you will. She said something like "that was just white people fighting white people - ya'll just go fight yourselves". She made the Holocaust something flippant and of no concern to her because it was just "white people fighting white people".
She pooh-poohed the whole thing because of a refusal to understand who Jews are.

Hitler based his idea of white supremacy on evolution and the teachings from some professors at Berkeley College, California. He considered Jews a race at the lowest level just above apes and just below blacks. As the “races” moved up the evolutionary scale, they became lighter skinned, eventually becoming blond haired and blue eyed as the most “evolved”.
What Whoopie did was dismiss this whole movement of “white supremacy” as whites fighting each other. The Nazi’s most certainly did not consider Jews to be white.
I don’t think she was being intentionally anti-Semitic but I do believe there is systemic anti-semitism in much of black culture.

While I do not agree with Whoopi Goldberg's liberalism, I recognize she is made by God for a purpose. When you were dead in your wretched sins, you were her equal in filth. By the way. Goldberg is not wrong. There is no such thing as "Race." That is a social construct from Social Darwinists (which the Nazi's agreed with). The genocide is about the depravity of humanity killing other humans. In the US we have had a silent genocide since 1973, and it's legal. The US government and society has played a similar role and yet we want to think we are a nation under God. What hypocrisy.
