I'll tell you where are found the most cruel of humanities on earth?

On Christian discussion boards and forums!

I'll tell you where are found the most unteachable and self-satisfied spirits of all ages?

You are both O SO WRONG!

This thread would not have been started and its OP would not have been written
--- not were there no Seventh-day Adventists;

The "most cruel" ? That's a bit of an exaggeration I would say considering the atrocities in this world. Although there are many who miss the charity lesson Paul gave all the while thinking they are wise and perfect in doctrine.

As for the most unteachable and self-satisfied spirits? Well, it seems we ALL believe we have it right and don't budge much, do you budge much? :love2:

I need not go into a lengthy article to expose Seventh-Day Adventism as a false religion. If they are wrong on salvation, they are damned to Hell. I say this with great sadness and with the hope that many Adventists reading this article will forsake their false religion and turn wholly to Jesus Christ."

Not even I who am no Seventh-day Adventist, BELIEVE YOU OR YOUR SADNESS!

Are you teachable?

Then remove that blasphemous picture in the top left-hand corner of your posts.

I -- for example -- do not believe Christ's salvation like the Roman Catholics and the SDAs teach it: UNFINISHED "on the cross" --- in fact, 'Cross' with a capital letter for them.

What about THESE SORT of things for reason not to allow their propagators on BB? What kind of Christians worship a dead 'Jesus'-picture who still hangs on a cross all bloody around their necks?

UH! that's HOLY compared to an idolatrous "day The Seventh Day Sabbath OF THE LORD GOD"!

What about the oldest cult going: she still resides on Vatican Hill?

The pedobaptists are not following The Christ, the Son of the Living God.

"The disciples(followers) were called Christian first at Antioch."

Jesus: "Why do you call me Lord and do not what I say?"

Christian is a term which is thoroughly muddled by conformity to the world.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

One must have thick skin to navigate Mars Hill.

"Reprove, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and doctrine"

Jesus on the cross: "Father, forgive them, they know not what they do".

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

Many pedobaptists are not Roman Catholic although you may insist since they sprinkle babies and call it baptism that they are following Rome at that point. But you are really reaching there BJ. Infant baptism is wrong according to the Scripture --but just because some devout Christians practice that does not mean they are unregenerate. Many might have more correct doctrine than many of us Baptists on the BB. Have you thought of that possibility?

There is no doubt that Christians are sometimes disobedient and may stray from the path. There is no doubt that many Christian denominations have what I consider a distorted interpretation of Scripture. There is no doubt that many Christian groups have added to the Biblical teaching of Salvation by Grace alone.

That being said I strongly believe in the Doctrines of Grace, what some call Calvinism. I find it impossible to believe that, among a billion or so Roman Catholics, the hundreds of thousands of Eastern Orthodox, and the many in other cults, God has not chosen many to salvation in Jesus Christ.

I often wonder why if God can cause a person to receive Jesus Christ as Lord, why doesn't He in the same fashion cause them to believe all truth concerning accurate Christian doctrine?

The RCC is a religion of works; true Christianity is that of grace and faith.
According to your logic do you also "find it impossible to believe among a billion or more Muslims that God has not chosen many of them to salvation in Jesus Christ." Really? Are Muslims saved? Any of them?

How many were spared at Sodom and Gomorrah? Flood of Noah?

This does not necessarily mean all others were lost. One could certainly claim that their works were burned/destroyed. However, these events sure seem to have the wrath of God evident. The wrath of God does not come on His children, although they can certainly be chastised and lose rewards.

It is possible for millions to be sincerely wrong. The consequences of being wrong about salvation can be eternally fatal. See Mt. 7:21-23. Jesus told this religious group to depart--He never knew them. It is possible to be doing apparently good works and be lost.

"It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of The Living God".

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

I believe God will bring all His "chosen ones" to Salvation.

I believe Albert Mohler answers the question you posed in the following:

In the Shadow of Death–The Little Ones Are Safe With Jesus

The photographs and images are now seared into our consciousness. One of the most troubling aspects of the disaster in South Asia is the death of infants and young children. Moving at the speed of a jetliner, the walls of water fell on the young and the old alike–and so many of the youngest were simply swept away.
The death of the little ones poses anguished questions that reach to the depth of Christian faith. What happened to these young victims after death? Did they go to Heaven or to Hell?

That question is too pastorally loaded to be left hanging, only to be found at the end of this article. I am convinced that those who die in infancy and early childhood–along with the severely cognitively impaired–go to Heaven when they die. That is quite a claim, but it stands within the mainstream of orthodox Christian theology throughout the centuries, and I believe it is biblically and theologically sustainable.
