Not exactly. Scripture says that all of these powers are ordained by God and for God's purposes.

The exact passage was speaking to Christians in Rome. The Roman government was not a punishment, but it was used by God to strengthen the early Church (in persecution).

Scripture also tells us that those of us who are saved are never objects of wrath. But God works all things for the good. The evil Jewish leadership handed Christ over to wicked men, but this was also God's plan.

I have been saying that per the Constitution of the United States IF Congress accepts the electors certificates and Biden is affirmed then he is legally our President. IF Congress challenges the certificates and ultimately affirm President Trump as President then President Trump will be our legal President.
