If the election were held today, he wouldn't win.

Yes he would and he would win huge.

Why do you say he will win? Are you counting on some new scandal to bring down Hillary?

I am saying the democrats have been shown to to be purely dishonest because the ends justify the means. They rigged their own primaries, they hired shamed party leaders, they have been caught turning in false voter registration cards, the news media has admitted to being liberal and not objective. The polls are a sham. Also,. there is going to be a lot more that comes out about Hillary.

Liberals don't like her, independents don't like her, really not many do. The only reason she has any support right now is because of the agenda. She will lose. If you like polls here are some recent results:

I don't think I have ever seen so many personality fluctuations here at the BB (not just with this thread) since I have been participating here (2001) along with displays of passion, etc attendant with the Trump vs. Clinton "debate".

Surprisingly the level of nastiness has been low (although there has been some).

Personally I'm not convinced of a vote boycott of Trump (via stay-at-home, or third party) by the rehearsal of Trumps sins.

I don't think we have ever had a sinless president.

However the Democratic Party as a national organization representing approximately half of the voting force in America officially supports the murder of innocent life of the worst kind - infanticide - as being beneficial to our well-being.
In addition to a constitutional right, the platform describes 'safe and legal abortion' as 'core to women’s, men’s, and young people’s health and well-being'

Yep, that was in April at the tail end of the primary cycle, after Trump had won a bunch of east coast states. They show Clinton leading Cruz by an average of 5.4%.

Here's what the Clinton vs. Trump polls looked like for the same time frame:

And here are the Clinton vs. Cruz polls in February:

No indication, huh? Here are the Kasich vs. Clinton polls:

And here are the Rubio vs. Clinton polls

Here are the Clinton vs. Trump polls.

Well those guys couldn't even beat Trump. I find it hard to believe they could have won against Hillary.

And that really doesn't mean much when you set it next to a party that supports as its candidate two consecutive men who reject Jesus Christ.

So frankly it sounds much like idolatry when folks talk about the Dems and infanticide while supporting candidates who reject Christ.

So I've got to wonder what's more important to Christians: this abortion issue or folks not knowing Christ?

You have yet to provide any data to back up your ridiculous claim.
I have you just refuse to accept it since it doesn't fit the current narrative. But go ahead and say I haven't the record stands for itself and those with open minds can see the truth and not the newspeak.

The abortion issue.

I don't care who stops abortion. If they know not Christ and stop or overturn Roe vs. Wade, so be it.

I have already posted a link and a video, you are free to go look at them any time you want. I'm done doing your homework for you though.

If you're taliking about the Red State guesswork, you're simply out of luck. It's garbage and nothing more than an estimate by a Rat.

You're not doing my homework. The problem is that You're not even doing yours. You couldn't even tell us how many democrats voted for Trump in Ohio. You avoided that question as well. YUou can't answer that question for Texas or Florida either. I don't believe there is a single state that you can tell us how many democrats voted for Trump. And you pull an unsupported number off the internet and expect everyone to believe it? Get real.

Go ahead. Quit hiding from it. Post your proof.

Why, you've already shown you won't buy it. So why should I keep trying to sell it to you? No matter how many sites I post you're just going to call it "garbage by rats" so I think I will keep my pearls for those who want them.

Go ahead and wonder. And what's more important to you?-- that black people avoid physical death by being shot by police, or that they avoid eternal torment by being unrepentant fornicators, drunks, thieves?

Why is it an "either/or"?

I'm 100% against abortion; doesn't keep me from going to church, sharing the Gospel with co-workers, or visiting houses around the church asking folks if they've got something they'd like us to pray about.

Jesus can stop abortion and He gave HIS way of doing so and it wasn't politics. There were upwards of an estimated 1.2 million per year of illegal abortions dating back to the early 1950s.

Making it illegal isn't going to stop it anymore than as the gun lobbyist say making guns illegal isn't gonna stop killers from killing.

The solution HAS to be Jesus. And by again, spitting in the face of God and making it very clear that we care more about abortion than we do about folks knowing Him, we judge ourselves and deserve more and more of what we don't want.

This fails on several levels.

The *ONLY* way for this paragraph to work is to implement a theocracy.

On a secular level, abortion is legal. A president, secular or religious, who opposes abortion has the same goal as those claiming Christianity and oppose abortion.

A president who is a Christian would be the best option; but which candidate can truly be called a Christian?

We are speaking of electing an *earthly* ruler, not a spiritual one. The spiritual matters extend from the church, not the government. The way to get the government to abolish abortion is to continue preaching Jesus to everyone we meet, thereby allowing the Spirit to work in such a way that abortion is recognized for what it is, and the government doesn't have to abolish it because it is so abhorent to our beliefs.

We do not elect pastor presidents. Because our Constitution allows for freedom of religion, by emphasizing that our candidate be one that leads to a certain religious conclusion, we have the potential of electing rabbi presidents, or muslim cleric presidents, or atheist presidents.

There's about two more pages worth I could write. Suffice to say, this continual remarking of Christians "spitting in God's eye" is immature thinking at best.

Recently Wayne Grudem, Seminary Professor and Bible commentator, wrote an article entitled “Why Voting for Donald Trump Is a Morally Good Choice”. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Grudem and appreciate his commentaries. I was rather disappointed to read his article which is posted over at townhall.com. There are several reasons in which I find myself at odds with Dr. Grudem./

I have chosen to stay away from BB this election season for the sake my own spirit, but have a quick look every few weeks to see what is going on. I was glad enough to see this post that I 'had' to comment.

The worst part of Dr Grudem's argument to me was the fact that he declared that voting for Mr Trump was a 'good moral choice' then invoked scripture to claim that 'if a man knows to do good and doesn't do it, it is sin.' He at least implied that not to vote for Mr Trump was a sin based on his own opinion that Trump was a morally good choice.

Good job Rev.

And this attitude is the very reason why we get corrupt political leaders.

Nice try Zaac but I'm not buying it.
