This is very much a genuine question for people that are into KJVO. As much as this is thrown around in debate, why is it so?
Why was the KJV given only to people that spoke English and were white?
Consider the races around the world that followed God at the time, the Moravians in particular in Europe. German, Swiss speaking people. How about those in the Baltic states, some of the most populas Christian countries in the world. Why did God not give them a Bible in there own languages if there had to be a perfect version that superseded the rest?
I have recently begun to really have a look at the Moravians, there Christianity was far more pure than what was happening in England whichin some cases was little more than Paganism veneered with Christianity. The official Church of England was actually persecuting and murdering Born Again Christians, many Anabaptists were drowned. So why not give a perfect version of the Bible to the Moravians who were clearly those that carried the Gospel to the nations. There witness ultimately birthed the Methodist Church, one of the great revivals in the west.
