Will Sharia become a law in America?

Lists 20 court cases, mostly divorce cases, pre-nuptials, or child custody cases where the typical story was a judge ruling using the terms of a pre-existing Sharia agreement between the two parties rather than following state laws. No new laws were created. Most of the erroneous rulings were overturned. There was even one case, Rhodes vs. ITT Sheraton Corp., where a judge refused to allow the case be moved to Saudi Arabia so it could be tried under Sharia law. The reason given was because "Sharia law exhibits a systemic bias against women and non-Muslims."

It may very well come to a SCOTUS decision and Sharia law will not be allowed, not based upon the First Amendment but based our codified Rule of Law, The Constitution.

No other can be allowed.

Sharia takes place as a form of vigilante law in areas within the US. It is not US law and will not become US law as long as the US Constitution is still the governing document of the nation.

I agree. However some really strange things are happening in this the 21st century with the attempt of the establishment of an Islamic caliphate.

It would be bizarre but if the population of Muslims increased to about 10% in America I believe it could very well become an issue headed for the SCOTUS.

Actually, I'd like to see it get to SCOTUS sooner rather than later.

But, as previously noted, that's not where you stopped. You went on to insist that judges make up laws all the time, so you did make a case for its likelihood.

Are you seriously denying that activist judges rule without regard for the Constitution?

Wow!

I can only go by what you write. Perhaps you are not skilled at communicating in standard American English, or perhaps you don't stand by what you write. Tell me which conclusion I should draw.

Another personal insult.

You'll have top do better. Mostly this type of puerile rejoinder just makes me laugh.:Roflmao

(1) I said nothing about activist judges. I was quoting your recent foolishness.
(2) I have denied nothing.
(3) You like to twist and misrepresent your own words and the words of others.
(4) I cannot take you or your words seriously.

Should the rapture occur prior to the next PROGRESSIVE/DEMOCRATIC/LIBERAL return to power in this once great nation, then YES, sharia law could become the law of the land.
The above mentioned would gladly give in to Muslims in exchange for their vote; not realizing that as soon as the new law took effect all the "other voter base" would be beheaded along with most of themselves!
The Libs fore-sight is about 1 week, +/- !!
