If we're at the point of no return I hope he wins for the sake of the country. But if he's guilty I hope he's removed and replaced.
I'll go for that , as well, just as soon as they expel Menendez.

No but he says he never knew her. His story gets less credibility every day.
Do you remember everyone you met 40 years ago?
I think I would remember a girl who served me food at a diner on a daily basis, who I said I loved and signed her yearbook.
Or maybe the problem is he knew so many 16 year olds he can't remember her.
Maybe he's not as perfect as you are and he might have signed a lot of annuals at some kind of public function or functions. Can you prove he didn't?
Oh my...is this what your defense has amounted to--"Can you prove he didn't do something?"
.
Dig deep enough and most politicians have enough dirt they need expelled.I'll go for that , as well, just as soon as they expel Menendez.
You've had plenty of opportunities to prove he DID something, and have failed to do so.
Is that what your case comes down to? Nothing.
When you have PROOF of anything at all, get back to me. Meanwhle run for the hills.

d? If you made a list of all the political issues, which issue would you place at the top as most important according to how Jesus Christ would place them.
I'm not prosecuting anything. And there is no case. There is an election, however.
There's testimony of five witnesses and written evidence that Moore knew one of them. Also Moore does not deny dating teenage girls.
That should be enough to question his judgment and not vote for him.

Since there is no record of Jesus voting, I would not attempt to do such a thing. And in line with that I often think that maybe David Lipscomb had it right in his treatise, “On Civil Government”, that Christians should have nothing to do with the political process. It is just a hard thing to avoid in this country these days without a tremendous amount of self-control.
So you are just casually dismissing the corruption of a Menendez and ready to judge Moore guilty with less proof against him than Menendez has.
Got it.
You do not have the testimony of 5 "witnessess" that he did anything illegal.
And you have no proof that Moore knew any of them. Period.
And when it comes to elections, nothing has to be proved. We must never believe that democrats and/or a left wing press would ever dig up someone to tell a le and pay them to do so. We must believe every scurrilous accusation that is made. Is that your position now?
Bottom line, it's up to the voters of Alabama.
Without concrete proof of wrongdoing, everyone else should just butt out.
Why can't you condemn both?
You do not have the testimony of 5 "witnessess" that he did anything illegal. ....
A 32 year old man sexually touching a 14 year old girl is illegal. This is Leigh Corfman's allegation.
Wait for the handwriting experts to confirm or deny that the handwriting in Beverly Young Nelson's yearbook.
Roy Moore admits to dating teenage girls when he was in his 30's. That shows bad judgment. Based on that, and that alone, I wouldn't vote for him.
