Hmmm - I work outside of the home and have not abandoned being the keeper at home as well. I homeschool my children, am responsible for the vast majority of the child raising and domestic duties at home and I also happen to assist my husband in his ministry by bringing in extra money so we can afford to live.
Working outside of the home is not anti-biblical since we see the "ideal woman" of Proverbs 31 was a work at and out of the home mom AND she had servants. Our servants today are machines (washing machine, dishwasher, crockpot, etc.) so that is helpful but we still do all the jobs that the Proverbs 31 woman did too.
No where does it say in the Scriptures that a woman's place is in the home only. Nowhere.
