My answer is right above your post claiming I won't or can't answer.They either can't or won't answer that because they have no satisfactory answer. Paul also said that women should keep quiet in the church but also accepted women prophets. Another quandary -- but not for me.
My goodness, I started this thread uncertain of my position. But all the posts, including yours, have helped me decide. Amazing.
So I will simply say this, nt. If you are a man and God has gifted you as a tea her, then you and other men should be the persons who watch over and tend to the flock. That was the covenant God made with Adam. But, if there is no man to humbly protect and teach, there may be a gifted woman.They either can't or won't answer that because they have no satisfactory answer.
