Would You Qualify to Immigrate to the USA?

This isn't partisan politics. It is simply a question of how many US citizens could pass the test to immigrate here if we lived in a foreign country. Did you pass the test?

I didn't. I scored 20. Too old, no Olympic metals etc., etc. How did you do?
But you served in the military, during a designated period of hostilities, so most of the things you "failed" wouldn't apply to you anyway, under INA 329.

The difference being that INA 329 is the law of the land, where the "test" is not the law of the land, not having been voted on by congress nor signed by the President. Just more fake news.

Using Trump's test, would you qualify to immigrate to the USA?
Yes, I was born here.

I have something better than a green card.

A USA birth certificate - Boston, Massachusetts.

But if you were a foreigner and applied under the Trump test you would never be issued a Green Card. You and I are too old.

BTW, under his rules his wife would not quality for a Green Card.

God ordained multiple nations at Babel and God ordained borders and the governments who are sovereign over them. Open borders globalists have been trying to reestablish Babel ever since. limited orderly immigration is the smartest policy for all nations.

I failed the test. Looks like the USA is creating super high standards for immigrants. Good for the USA.

I don't understand the problem. Is there a problem?

Sent from my Motorola Droid Turbo.

Nope. I don't believe there is.

But the liberal Christian angle is, it makes evangelism harder. "We have to have open welcoming borders so we can reach the lost for Christ."

Not true. She's a citizen because she married an American.

True as far as that goes, but she was not married to Trump when she immigrated to the US. But she came here on an B1/B2 visitor visa and then obtained an H-1B . With his policy she could not do that now, she would fail the immigration test. She probably could come on a visitor visa, but would not be able to get a work visa.

No, you did not mention a problem. But applying a different entrance test implies there is something that needs to be changed with the current system.

Some might say that and others might say the current system is fine and needs no change. Those types of think surround every political issue.

Democrats want cheap labor and easy-to-fool voters. The Germans are also after cheap labor because no one wants to live in Germany. Rich Democrats such as those who own and operate Silicon Valley are cheapskates. The Democrats aborted so many of their own children that now they have no young voters.

Yes, that totally explains why Democrats are on the forefront of advocating for a $15 minimum wage. Get real.
That is just a propaganda front. Do you really think that Crabtown wants to pay $15 an hour for anything? And Silicon Valley really needs cheap labor to keep going and still maintain their vast wealth. There is a vast industry of welfare administrators built up around this cheap labor that needs so much government help to enter into the 21st century in the American economy. Do you think that the Democrats care about the countries that they are draining of youth to replace the aborted Americans? Do you think that Crabtown wants anymore Republican Cubans in this country? Democrats are cheapskates. Studies show that they are cheap tippers in restaurants and elsewhere. Around here Democrats are too cheap to buy a bar of soap and use it.

Could be true, but I have no idea if this is true. My guess is it's not true. She may have not been able to come by the same means, but what's the evidence it would be impossible?

Where, oh where does Silicon Valley employ cheap labor? In their computer chip fabrication laboratories? I bet the people that wash the clean room smocks and change the hepa filter elements get paid at least $20 an hour.

You've got no clue.

Actually, in a recent article, a woman was working for Google and was homeless. She couldn't afford rent in silicon valley on her salary at Google. So she was working out of her car.

You should pay more attention to the news and save yourself some trouble. What is going on here is just another attack on Trump for whatever he has done last. Are you part of the crowd that hates Trump? You seem to enjoy making personal remarks.
