There is no evidence for OEC

There is plenty of evidence. That stars exist many times farther than 6000 light years away and are visible.

Radioactive decay.

Sediment layers.

There is evidence across all fields of science, not just one. And YEC have to resort to special pleadings to try to cover it up.

Oh based on your posts I thought we were just making stuff up so I thought I would participate. Not as fun as I thought it would be. But you go ahead by all means.

Ad hominem. That you constantly resort to logical fallacies shows that you are standing on shifting sand.

Uh, your false made up statements with no foundation are the shifting sands on which you stand. I just pointed it out. Good luck with that by the way.

No "wear and tear" before the curse.
This does not change the fundamental issue. The entire premise of these comparisons is hypothetical. Bring just created Adam into a modern lab and he will test new. Period. To say otherwise is to deny your own understanding of YEC. If this is not true, explain precisely why.

Any YEC position, or any position at all, proposing that, until the fall of Adam & Eve, constant miracle was involved in order to avoid every effect of the natural physical design throughout the universe, and further that scientists will be unable to detect this, is entirely a theological construct, not at all a scientific one. But the biggest danger here is that such theology will make God look like a deceiver.

All creationists, young and old, should understand that all of the scientific evidence overwhelmingly shows that our universe had a beginning, a very recent one, less then 15 billion years ago, that it, our galaxy, our solar system, and especially our moon and earth appear so finely tuned that, to escape the conclusion of creation, secular scientists have desperately resorted to imagining metaphysically all manner of alternatives, none of which ultimately exclude creation.

Oh, the professors don't know how the moon got there. Recently, Indian equipment on a satellite scanned the mineral makeup of the moon and concluded that moon rocks contain a substantial amount of water. Now the profs are in their safe spaces until further notice.
