My view is almost all of the issues of the OP need to fall under state governance. The exception is abortion.

Of course, when Christ returns for his 1,000 year reign - things will be different.
but until then....

I just don't see where you are coming from. Legislation is derived from morality.

Secular morality wars against Christ and denies God, a lie since there are no true atheists according to scripture.

Christian morality as found in the bible is from Christ.

How about abortion? Legal thurout the USA
NO bail (for most crimes) in NY State
Homosexual marriage is legal in the USA

Need I continue?

I'll be honest that I don't get what you mean. Biblical morality makes abortion and homosexual acts illegal activities. Bond is a real thorny issue though biblically. There could be arguments all over the map.

yes - The Bible would make those items illegal - but we have legislators - who are non-Christians - who pass laws that contradict the Bible!
and our COTUS would NOT allow for any religion to be the basis of law.

I see, then my problem is really with an immoral American people and what seems to be a secular American system of governance.

The problem is the world's. There used to be some daylight between the world and America. And God used America mightily to spread the gospel around the world and to assist Israel in maturing as a nation back in their land. The world has succeeded in slowly but surely bringing America down close to it's level. IMO, the "falling away" is nearly complete. I'm not in the blame game like most folks. God is Sovereign and His prophecies must be fulfilled.

I assume he knows that, he just wishes we were a theocracy.

Which I'm vehemently against, but that's life.
