Last night was chops with mushroom gravy, brown rice, corn, and bread.

Exhausted today and gotta get up early for work tomorrow so they're getting garlic bread, elbow noodles with sketti sauce, and salad. Quick-n-easy and everyone loves it except me. I'll wait until later and have hubby sneak out to get me nachos. hehehe

Tacos. The meat was on sale, the shell kits that contained seasoning and salsa were on sale plus bought with a coupon, I had lettuce at home, sour cream was on sale, cheese was on sale, so I spent $6 to feed all seven of us.

Not too shabby for homemade tacos!

I guess I missed it during my five hour nap! That's a first...on the rare occasions where I don't make it, they usually at least get a warning and a few ideas. LOL Oh well...

I'll make it up tomorrow night, I suppose.

LOL! We love chili here, but it definitely comes with a price tag.

Cooked up a mixed grill of beef sausages (the real McCoy!), lamb loin chops and crumbed chicken portions, with gravy, corn on the cob, and spinach (fresh from the garden).

Dessert was Mels Marvellous Bread and Butter Pudding.

Supper was egg and bacon pie:thumbsup:

For some most everyone it's oven bbq chicken, mashed taters, and whatever veggie I pull out of the freezer. Got the chicken in the oven now.

For me and the other odd duck or two that may want it, shredded chicken enchiladas or maybe quesadillas, time will tell. Chicken for that is simmering on the stovetop.

Not to derail this thread, but does anyone know what happened to the starter of this thread? She went from posting all the time to absolutely none at all. I hope she is well, and nothing has happened to her. Has anyone that might know her better heard from her?

I've wondered that myself. My guess is she would let us know if she wanted to and since she didn't, we should just pray for her on occasion and ask that if anyone here still talks to her, let her know there are people out here who remember her and do hope all is well.

DonnA is alive and going strong. I have her and her husband as friends on FB. I'm not sure why she doesn't come of the BB much any more, though.
