Its saying don't let them judge you in HOW you are keeping these celebrations. Judaism had their own multitude of rules to follow regarding these and these additions are unnecessary.

Are you a Christian? And that verse in Hebrews refers to those, like you, who know that death of jesus is the ONLY remaining sacrafice for sins, so it is NOT saying that those saved must cease from sinning, but that those who turn away from Jesus/cross, and try to get right with God by OT sacrifaces and keeping the Law!
The only thing that is unclean is what comes out of one's mouth - Jesus said that you know. But I'm sorry, Jesus did free us from following the old law. We Gentiles became the son's and daughters because of his sacrifice, and eating what we want and not treating our women differently because it's their time of the month is not sinning and therefore is not trampling upon His blood.

Hebrews state that we are now under the Sabbath Day rest , NOT on saturday, but now being under the new Covenant!
Jesus didn't change any laws. Look at Lev 11. Jesus only came speaking His Father's word. He was teaching that the tongue defiles a man (not dirt). There was no reference to unclean meats in that passage.
Christians are free to not observe anything the Jews did under the old covenant!
That a sinner is saved by the death of Christ/resurrection, saved by grace alone faith alone!
Keeping the law is how you stay right. If you don't you are a sinner.
If you willfully break the law, there is not more sacrifice for sin (Heb), but a fearful looking forward to judgment. Is that your plan?
We are not under law, but grace , and that the passage in hebrews refers to those who reject Jesus as saving them, and try to get saved by keeping the Law!
But commentaries on that verse also tend to include all manner of foods. It's not what goes in because all that intake goes into the latrine.

Going by what you say and your narrow look at the passage, you had better be washing your hands every time before you eat, because if not you are in transgression of the law and then you are sinning. Be ready for your Judgement!

Paul stated that NONE will be justified in sight of God by doing the law!
Rom_2:13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.)

Yes, you are right that commentaries do this, as well as most all churches. They missed the whole point of the passage.
Washing of hands is a man-made doctrine (oral law). This is not found in written law and that is why Jesus comes against it.
Jesus can't change the law or he wouldn't be the messiah. He also stated wasn't changing any laws in Matt 5.
Again you have ripped scripture out of context.
The solution is to have the right Gospel message...

But the question remains: Do you or do you not wash your hands every time you eat something? If you miss doing this just once then you are a sinner who is apart from God.
I'm sorry, but you can't claim the cover of Christ for your sins if you are of the old way and from how you say you look at things, you are. You have either been freed from the old law or you still are in bondage to it. On the other hand, if you claim Christ then you are beating yourself up needlessly in your attempt to live a holy and pleasing life to God.

You are still failing to grasp that there were two laws at work: Written Law (From YHVH) and Oral Law (From Man).
Washing hands is a commandment of man (oral law) and thus not applicable to anyone. This is what is bondage. Written law is called the law of freedom and YHVH says He gave it to us for our good.
Eating according to the Word is not bondage, it actuality it is a much healthier way to live (science proves this out).

You do realize that God has made obsolete the Old Covenant for the new and much better one?
Oh Rev, the theology on this forum does that in spades. Here is some preceding verses for you that you must have missed:
Rom 2:5 But according to your hardness and your unrepentant heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of Elohim,
Rom 2:6 who “shall render to each one according to his works”:
Rom 2:7 everlasting life to those who by persistence in good work seek for esteem, and respect, and incorruptibility;
Rom 2:8 but wrath and displeasure to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness;
