What does God tell us in Romans 8, Jason. What you or I think is irrelevant. What God says is imperative.

Look deeper:

Rom 8:7 Because the mind of the flesh is enmity towards Elohim, for it does not subject itself to the Torah of Elohim, neither indeed is it able
Rom 8:8 and those who are in the flesh are unable to please Elohim.

Flesh = disobedience to torah
Spirit = obedience to torah

If you walk according to the spirit (obedience) there is no condemnation.

What does all of Romans 8 tell us, Jason?
You cherry pick verses to fit your pretext, even though they are out of context.
I have shared an entire passage with you. May your eyes be opened to an unbiased reading of God's word.

THAT WAS NOT OUT OF CONTEXT WHATSOEVER:

Here are some more verses out of there for you in the same chapter:

Rom 8:4 so that the righteousness of the Torah should be completed in us who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

Rom 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of Elohim dwells in you. And if anyone does not have the Spirit of Messiah, this one is not His. (Spirit = obedience)

Rom 8:13 For if you live according to the flesh, you are going to die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you shall live.
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of Elohim, these are sons of Elohim.
(disobedience = death, obedience = life)

The disobedient flesh man cannot be saved. The spirit walking obeyer (torah) is not in condemnation because he is in the Father's will. Read read the first half of that chapter with this understanding.

What does verse 3 say?

"The law of Moses was unable to save us because of the weakness of our sinful nature. So God did what the law could not do. He sent his own Son in a body like the bodies we sinners have. And in that body God declared an end to sin’s control over us by giving his Son as a sacrifice for our sins."

The Torah cannot save us because of our sinful nature.
Verse 7 and 8, The sinful nature is always hostile to God. It never did obey God's laws and it never will. That is why those who are still under the control of their sinful nature can never please God.

Jason, because of your sinful nature, the Torah cannot save you. You cannot obey the Torah, you are still under the control of your sinful nature and you cannot please God.
Jason, you are damned by God's word. You will spend eternity in hell if you keep attempting to be saved by the Torah. The text is very clear.

There is hope, however.
Go back to verse 3 and 4. Yeshua, YHWH himself, did what you cannot do. Yeshua satisfied the requirements of Torah for us so that we no longer follow the sinful nature, but instead follow the Spirit of God.

Jason, you are currently dominated by the sinful nature. You need to have Yeshua, YHWH himself, free you from your slavery. It is the only way to please YHWH.

I praise YHWH that He has freed me from bondage. I wish the same for you. Flee from the cult that has you in bondage and receive the freedom of life in Christ.

I agree with your statements (except the bottom two). After we are freed from the penalties, we are to walk according to the spirit (obedience to torah). If you're not obeying, you are still stuck in sin, still walking according to the flesh, and are still going to be damned.

1Co 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the reign of Elohim? Do not be deceived. Neither those who whore, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals,
1Co 6:10 nor thieves, nor greedy of gain, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers shall inherit the reign of Elohim.

The Spirit is capitalized. This is referring to YHWH, the Spirit. Earlier Paul tells us that YHWH, the Son, has fulfilled the Torah.

You are attempting to be right with YHWH in your own flesh. It cannot be done. Romans 8 is very clear.

You are manipulating God's word to force it to say what you want it to be. It's a very fleshly thing to do. You will die in your sins and spend eternity in hell if you keep following the path you are currently on. I have warned you. You have no excuse.

There is no "eternity in hell". Read The Sleep of Death in Sheol, the Two Resurrections, and the Lake of Fire Judgment | Wisdom of God and Aeonial is Not Eternal, Aeons, and the Mistranslation of Forever and Ever | Wisdom of God .

I wasn't saying to eat kosher according to Judaism, I was saying eat kosher according to the written word (I keep making this point over and over).

With 20% or more of your priests being gay, many that are pedophiles, an ultra liberal and socialist pope, a jesuit order that infiltrates organizations around the world, a history of killing millions and millions of people, a theology that transgresses the written word, and the setting up of idols all about, I will have to say NO THANKS. That is a haunt of demons.

And you don't even eat kosher according to the written word! Now that reality leaves you in transgression of the law, even though you have somehow convinced yourself that it doesn't. You are just flailing around in your spiritual life - I will pray for you.

Yes I do eat kosher. I just don't eat judaism kosher. I'm not sure why this is so hard for you to make a distinction on.

No, this is more false accusations by you. Obedience = spirit = life = truth = the way

Disobedience = sin = death (1 john 3:4)

You hate YHVH if you don't obey:

Num 15:30 ‘But the being who does whatever defiantly, whether he is native or a stranger, he reviles YHVH, and that being shall be cut off from among his people.

Exo 20:5 you do not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, YHVH your Elohim am a jealous Ěl, visiting the crookedness of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me,
Exo 20:6 but showing kindness to thousands, to those who love Me and guard My commands.

You sir, are the one twisting scriptures to justify your evil ways. The scriptures are non-stop full of the same message: Repent and obey Me

Then you are confused, as there is only one kind of kosher. Eating beef from the grocery store that is still full of blood is unclean food. It is the same as eating shellfish or pork - they are all unclean foods (according to the old law). You cannot magically change unclean food into clean food by thinking the thought that "my kind of kosher is kosher and gives me clean food". Such a thing cannot be done!

Those who are in Christ now, are not under the law, as we have already passed unto His kingdom and now have the Holy Spirit!

Do you hold to the trinity?

God cares NOTHING about what food we eat, as Jesus Himself stated its not what we eat, but what is in us, our sin natures, that defile us!

You are incorrect. Draining the blood is practiced throughout the industry.

I have twisted nothing. You have tried to make the Spirit mean something other than what Paul states in the text.

Lets check out some spirit verses:

Eze 11:19 “And I shall give them one heart, and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh,
Eze 11:20 so that they walk in My laws, and guard My right-rulings, and shall do them. And they shall be My people and I shall be their Elohim.

Eze 36:26 “And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh,
Eze 36:27 and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them.

Jer 31:33 “For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.
Jer 31:34 “And no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares יהוה. “For I shall forgive their crookedness, and remember their sin no more.”

Can you not see this is what Paul is talking about? The spirit of elohim causing us to walk in OBEDIENCE? This is all though the scriptures and those that claim we are not to obey the Father are of their father the devil.

We are enabled by the Spirit to live as we ought for Christ Jesus, but we are not under the oligation of the Law as israel was!
