Prediction on Kavanaugh/Ford Hearing

    Well, NOT ONE PERSON is vouching for Dr. Ford. NOBODY besides her is saying she was sexually assaulted. All of her so-called witnesses have made sworn statements that they don't remember or that it didn't happen.

    Why didn't the Democrats ask probing questions yesterday? They didn't ask Ford a single investigative question. They seemed hell bent on painting Judge Kavanaugh as a drunken party animal when he as in his late teens. They were trying to insinuate that drinking beer makes one a sexual predator. His calendar is actual written evidence from the time period in question and it does not support Dr. Ford.

    This call for an investigation is dishonest because it is essentially asking Kavanaugh to prove a negative. It's as if I accused you of tax evasion and rape and unless you sanction an FBI investigation, that is proof that you are guilty. Absurd!

    This Judge being confirmed will tilt it 5-4 conservative, at least until the Chief Justice veers off again, as he did on Obama care!

    Roberts voted the way he did for extreme conservative reasons. I am not worried about him.

    Well, I think Kavanaugh made a historic speech. Very moving. Might work might not, but in my view he's cleared himself with all who are remotely reasonable.

    I also disagree with the mantra that Ford was credible and probably suffered an assault. I did not find her credible. I found her story fantastical and full of holes. And she has a huge motive to take down this candidate. She wants to be a hero, and they're making her into a hero. I think she lied.

    I was waiting for prosecutor Mitchell to ask Ford, "so you stayed in the bathroom for a while then you went downstairs, walked past the boys who assaulted you in the bedroom, and left the house. You left your best friend alone in a house with two drunken sexually violent boys and two other boys, and simply left? No warning given to her, no admonition to get out of the house? No urging her to come with you and flee?

    Looks like an FBI investigation is in the works.

    Kavanaugh will now never be able to beat the midterms for confirmation.

    I suspect a watershed of new allegations. It seems doubtful now that Judge Kavanaugh will be voted upon as the smear will continue.

    Now "impeach" is the new mantra in case he makes it.

    No doubt no mater WHO President Trump appoints there will be another powerful wave of resistance to him/her (Probably her) since everyone knows Roe v. Wade is the real issue.

    The FBI investigation will "take no longer than seven days". That puts us at October 5th. A report will be written the weekend of the 6th and presented to the Senate, I suppose on the 8th. Some debate for a couple of days and a full Senate vote on Kavavaugh before October 12th.

    The DNC is playing McConnell/Trump like a fiddle.
    At the end of the week 1) about 100 new allegations will show up and 2) the leftists will scream loud enough to be heard in England UNFAIR!!!
    3) marxists puppets will demonstrate in all 50 states and so it will be no matter WHO President Trump appoints.

    The RNC is powerless to overthrow Roe v. Wade without a more powerful senate/congress.

    Nov 6th is the only hope for babies in the womb!

    I don’t trust the FBI. I think they will drag this out as long as possible. The magic # is 51. Without Sen. Flake(how true, he is one), the road to that # is borderline impossible.

    As Geraldo Rivera said, if Kavanaugh was pro-choice, the dems would confirm him in a nanosecond. This ploy is about power and keeping Roe v. Wade status quo.
