I am the "hillbilly." Get your bloomers unbundled.
Context. Read again. I knew you had a degree. From Liberty I believe.

Anyone who has a soul can believe, I do not think ever body throughout time has had a soul.
Those who are spiritual beings , who God foreknew, can believe .

    Jhn 1:12

But as many as received him, to them gave he power tobecome the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Seriously? Even animals have a soul. So your argument makes no sense.

I read it again. I do not see how the context has you calling yourself a hillbilly. You said I was prideful in my theology degree then said you never know what worthless piece of paper the hillbilly you are talking to has. We were not talking about your getting educated, we were talking about mine. So no idea how I should have concluded you were talking about yourself. Yes, I went to Liberty.

from those who have never heard of Jesus and God is fair

and Satan killing babies that we believe go straight to Heaven. Why would he not wait, if he wanted them to not go to Heaven

I think He puts souls in the bodies when and where He wants

    Well we have a contradiction.

Calvinists say that God elects people from before the foundation of the world (usually use Eph 1:4 and Rev 13:8, ESV, as their proof text.)

Now you say that they aren't elected until they are regenerated.

The London Confession of Faith, 1689, or if you like the Westminster Confession both state that election has been secured when the person is an infant, (Elect infants dying in infancy are regenerated and saved by Christ through the Spirit..chapter 10, part 3)

    I guess it's a mystery, huh?

I knew you had a degree. You don't know what I have. I have never stated on here what my Christian education is. I often refer to myself as a hillbilly. What does "You" mean? Does "You" mean you, or does "you" mean me?

    Actually we don't.
    Agree.

Nope. Did not say that. (See post below, I now realize I did say this but it was a misreading of the post I quoted)

Nope, no mystery. You are confusing (or twisting I'm not sure) terms.

Actually I just went back. I did in fact say that but not because that is my position. I guess I misread your post. They are elect from the foundation of the world. They are able to come to Christ once they have been regenerated.

Not sure how this is even relative to what we were talking about. I never questioned your education, you told me to go get educated.

    In street language.
Educate yourself or get educated, means "listen and learn." It does not literally mean go to school.

He’s not boastful as you falsely accuse him of being. Stating fact does not equal boasting.
