I'm Amillennial (with the Baptist understanding of Church). Scripture mentions 2 ages/worlds. This present evil world. And the world to come. Jesus said his kingdom is not of this world. And the world to come is without all the sickness and wickedness the physical millennial kingdom accommodates. Plenty more to follow if interest develops. For those of you who hold an understand that is not pre millennal, please, step by step present it. Thank you.
[Revelation 20:4-6]
Thank you. Ok, step by step, how does that understanding lead to an Amillennial conclution?Scripture mentions 2 ages/worlds. This present evil world. And the world to come. Jesus said his kingdom is not of this world. And the world to come is without all the sickness and wickedness the physical millennial kingdom accommodates.
Jesus says the kingdom arrived with him And that it is spiritual. And one must be born again to see and enter it. Also the pharisees who believed in a physical kingdom were at odds with Jesus because of the spiritual kingdom he preached.Thank you. Ok, step by step, how does that understanding lead to an Amillennial conclution?
Ok. I am not understanding how that understanding requires the Amillennial view as oppossed to the premillennial teaching understood from Revelation 20:4-6.Jesus says the kingdom arrived with him And that it is spiritual. And one must be born again to see and enter it. Also the pharisees who believed in a physical kingdom were at odds with Jesus because of the spiritual kingdom he preached.
The 1000 years are not the kingdom Satan attacks the kingdom when the 1000 years end.Ok. I am not understanding how that understanding requires the Amillennial view as oppossed to the premillennial teaching understood from Revelation 20:4-6.
Huh? It is not and it is? I am sorry, fail to understand that. The 1000 years are not the kingdom Satan attacks the kingdom when the 1000 years end.
The angel = Greek for messengerHuh? It is not and it is? I am sorry, fail to understand that.
That makes no sense (to me). ". . . reigned with Christ a thousand years. . . ."The 1000 years are not the kingdom Satan attacks the kingdom when the 1000 years end.
This argument makes no sense. ". . . reigned with Christ a thousand years. . . ." Some connecting part part of argument I am not getting. So in essence, Revelation 20 is a panorama of the entire New Covenant era. Not a physical kingdom of the future.
This argument makes no sense. ". . . reigned with Christ a thousand years. . . ." Some connecting part part of argument I am not getting.
1000 years = binding of Satan by the gospel through the preaching of the saints who rule over Satan in Christ. This argument makes no sense. ". . . reigned with Christ a thousand years. . . ." Some connecting part part of argument I am not getting.
Satan is not now bound (James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8).1000 years = binding of Satan by the gospel through the preaching of the saints who rule over Satan in Christ.
He is bound so that he cannot deceive the nations. The gospel preached to the whole world does this. God uses him in other roles though.Satan is not now bound (James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8).
Without Biblical foundation. Please explain, step by step how you understand otherwise. He is bound so that he cannot deceive the nations. The gospel preached to the whole world does this. God uses him in other roles though.
Satan is not now bound (James 4:7, 1 Peter 5:8).
Quiz: What does Satan's binding consist of in Revelation 20?Without Biblical foundation. Please explain, step by step how you understand otherwise.

The 1000 years are not the kingdom Satan attacks the kingdom when the 1000 years end.
An whole other Biblical denial, ". . . shall be caught up . . . ."We do not believe in a rapture . . . .
