No, i was stating that we yet await physical glorification, but that there is nothing stating that we are right now spiritually glorified, as what does that even mean?

Now Y1 rewrites his own post. He claimed the past tense glorification of Romans 8:30 referred to our future bodily redemption in a glorified body. This assertion claims the inspired word contains a mistake, glorified (past tense) should have read "will be glorified" (in the future). There is no end to the nullification of scripture required by Y1 bogus assertions.

Have we been glorified according to Romans 8:30? Yes, but Y1 falsely claims the verse does not mean what it says. On and on folks, with no end in sight.

Glorification when used by Jesus or the Apostles always refers to a future event, the physical resurrection!

Note Y1 denies the existence of Romans 8:30 where the Apostle Paul refers to glorification is the past tense.

Nope, as glorification is the last stage for us, not yet there!

More false claims, with no support. Y1 just makes up nonsense and posts it to hinder actual discussion of biblical doctrine. We have been glorified, perhaps when we became "sons of light."

On and on Y1 posts complete falsehoods as we have been glorified, Romans 8:30.

Y1 denies Romans 8:30 and seeks to derail discussion of Article4 flaws:

Returning to topic, here are the flaws I found (or think I found) in Article 4, Salvation.
    1) "Whole man" apparently refers to the fact both our spirit and body are redeemed.
    2) There is no salvation apart from God crediting our faith in Jesus Christ as Lord.
    3) Regeneration occurs after God credits our faith and places us into Christ. Faith before regeneration.
    4) "Commitment of the entire personality to Him" should read "commitment of our entire personality to Him."
    5) Justification occurs after God credits our faith and puts us into Christ where we undergo the washing of regeneration.
    6) Sanctification initially refers to God setting a person apart in Christ (the sanctification by the Spirit) and subsequently refers to our progressive sanctification where we are conformed to the image of Christ.
    7) We are first glorified spiritually as a new creation in Christ, and will be glorified physically at our bodily redemption, so glorification is a two step process.

Yet another "taint so" post, devoid of content. Begotten means begotten, glorified means glorified, and saved through or on the basis of faith means saved through or on the basis of faith. Rewriting scripture to fit man-made doctrine is unwise. The man-made article should be rewritten to fit scripture.

Since, the topic is the Baptist Faith and Message which would you most agree with the 1925 Baptist Faith and Message, the 1963 Baptist Faith and Message, or the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message?

Non-germane deflection, your denial is we have not yet been glorified, but scripture teaches otherwise.

Thanks for an on topic post!

I have indicated the flaws I believe were in Article 4 of the OP referenced creed.
If you can provide a link to the 1925 and 1963 articles on Salvation, I will provide my observations.
