Would you be offended if one was to start a Whites lives matters group?

I wouldn't bar anyone from reading the posts here, because in some of them there is Godly wisdom. But in others, I would say that you just need to guard your heart. If you are truly a follower of Christ you won't get offended by those who call themselves Christians in sheep's clothing but underneath are rabid wolves who are the ones promoting hatred of ANYONE. Regardless of color.

And I have spotted a LOT of fake Christians here.

That's just what I see. But if everyone would just stop trying to divide us by race, on here, and in real life, the world would be a better place. But the enemy wishes to divide us so we will be easier to conquer. :/

But Christianity IS about loving God and loving other people. That kind of love requires a heart, soul, strength, and mind that ...... well, the purer the better.

Surely, brother you can see posts from the past few weeks [even before George Floyd] that are unloving, unkind, bashing entire groups of people, and grievous to the Holy Spirit. Surely you can see that.

I'm not being a snowflake. I can't stand the snowflake mentality. And I am guilty, too.. Over the past 18 years that I have been here, I've been guilty of stirring the pot and being mean-spirited on purpose.

I hope I've changed in the past few years.

But this message board and the other two message boards I'm on and Facebook and social media is FULL of all kinds of hatefulness and mean-spiritedness. And the devil is delighted.

    The Baptistboard is NOT immune.

I just see so much hypercritical talk in the BLM movement, as if they were just looking for someone to be the martyr for their cause, and ready now to rise up and have a Civil war in our midst, striking back at so called White superiority!

Again, where is their anger and protesting of abortion mills, and govt officials who support that genocide among their ranks?

Of course this board isn't immune! The Devil LOVES to get in the middle of Christian discussions and debates and twist the scriptures, and cause havoc and divide and meanness among believers! I'm sure many of the devil's minions post on this board. Lord Help Us.

Edit: Today has been a bad day for me personally. I have been mean-spirited in and arguing. Lord forgive me, and those who I have hurt or angered forgive me, particularly @Van who knows I have battled with him furiously.

    I rest my case.

Where are the BLM members of the Baptist Board for you to debate with? There are none. So your bashing of them and claiming that they want a Civil War with white people has no point.

If you want an answer to why BLM members do not protest abortion clinics, you will have to ask them - personally.

Can you not see your angry post, not aimed at BLM members, but aimed to stir up white people is what I am talking about?

You could have said what you said in a MUCH calmer and rational manner, but instead you got mad and you are talking about people and not to people in hopes of an answer.

Please reread my post, as was NOT speaking ill towards black americans, just pointing out that BLM is really not consistent in their stated goals and purposes! Seems to be just another radical liberal group....

I'm not sure what you are trying to get at in relation to my post. However, I will never conform to nor associate myself with the highly dishonest and evil agendas of the Political Correctness/Social Justice/Black Lives Matter movements. These entities usurp the term Love and behave aggressively, intolerantly, and often violently. They are bullies. And they are self-promoting/self-advancing/limelight-loving enterprises.

I was blessed to be raised by a father that demanded and enforced discipline, which is BIBLICAL!

    Proverbs 13:24
He that spareth his rod hateth his son: but he that loveth him chasteneth him betimes.

    Hebrews 12:6-7
For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not?

This present society lacks the discipline that shapes character. I will not be one to coddle the rotten behavior of this present society.

many of their leadership are thugs, who just wanted to use this as excuse to riot AND agitate...
Those in the movement who have legit concerns are just being drowned out by the violence and nosue by those heading this up!

Projecting perhaps? There may be many angry posts around, but how does that qualify as one? It sounds very matter of fact and wondering, but not angry.

Maybe I'm not looking hard enough, but I have yet to see anyone on here "trying to divide us by race."

When you find yourself on the same side of an issue with Antifa, you might want to closely examine where you stand

    UMMM

    What about this thread?

African Americans and the Glorification of Sin

and all the hate they're spewing about that Floyd boy to whether or not he was really a Christian?

Would they be giving that much lip if it had been a common white boy thug? No. They want us to see blacks as enemies and of the devil just for the color of their skin. IMO

I very rarely look at the "Other Christian Denomination" sub-forum but clicked the link because of your post. Read the first 2 posts and left, wondered why the mods didn't quickly lock the hateful thread - maybe if I'd read more there would've been some decent posts, though that would be surprising. My issue with the OP is that the poster tossed a verbal grenade thru the door and then cowardly ran for cover. What might be the motive for posting in a discussion form and then refuse to discuss?

Bingo concerning the OP of this thread. Which is why I posted.

What about it? You’ll have to be more specific, if you want to make a case. I asked a simple question there early on, but got zero info back, so saw it as a non-serious thread.

You are new here, and BTW, so is Sai, and he’s not Baptist, and he’s not white.
Probably. But then, aren't you skating on thin ice yourself saying things like this?
It's getting close to breaking a cardinal rule here.

Agreed. I would NEVER find myself on the same side as Antifa.

Perhaps you are misreading what I was saying. I was saying a common faulty argument used on BB is to accuse someone you disagree with as being a marxist liberal. It happens on a daily basis, perhaps many times a day.

Yes, and getting back to that...
I wouldn't mind having people of various tones here, it might color everyone's perspective a little (pun intended). Seems to me there are a few here that aren't "white," which is too broad a category anyway and racist as far a I'm concerned. :Wink

I point out the things I see, it doesn't mean I believe in what I'm pointing out. So there's the difference.

You don't even look into the thread? OK, I give you evidence of people trying to divide us and it is there in the thread. Not my fault you won't deign to look at it.

And oops, my bad. Did I break a rule? Ban me. I don't really care. I will speak the truth as I see fit when God convicts me to point it out!
