Why I will not accept Joe Biden as president

    Worse than that. Scripture stated that God ordained the Roman Empire for His purposes and they used Christians as tourches.

    Your argument is not with me but with Scripture.

    I don’t go as far as you. I agree that God put government in place but I disagree that God put a perverted thief like Biden in as President. I think that gangster blacks did that.

    Thus you believe there are rogue molecules outside of God's authority. That god is not all powerful, all knowing and all present.

    God ordains (allows) your forgetfulness in regards to tying your shoes. God is an exact God who uses the ordinary threads to weave His glorious rug of grace.

    Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

    And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

    church mouse guy...every person is perverted. If God place you or me in that office He would be putting in a perverted person. You seem to imagine that there are some humans that aren't wretched and wicked. Truly we foolishly think we are special. But God knows all our righteousness is as filthy rags. May God give you vision to see yourself as you truly are (And may He do the same to me) so we might be able to see His holiness.

    I am not sure you can separate the two. The GOP and the DNC are the secular powers, but they are also the ones who choose their leaders.

    Look at it this way, did God raise up Sennacherib to conquer Israel? The Bible says He did.

    We could object because Sennacherib was evil. But the Bible still says God ordained Sennacherib. Assyria governed, and we could accurately say God ordained the evil government of Assyria to come into power (Scripture says He did) but this does not negate the fact that the Bible says God ordained Sennacherib as well.

    This does not make God responsible for the evil. But it does not change the fact God establishes all these powers.

    Probably, from a historical standpoint anyway.

    But God ordained the rule of both equally (provided Biden is elected).

    I don't care too much what folks sell.

    It boils down to one thing - I accept the Bible as true and you reject parts that do not suit your politics.

    I do not know why God has established all authority. Looking back I can see how He used evil men like Sennacherib.

    God put the evil powers of the GOP and the DNC in place. I do not know His reasons. But the Bible tells us it is God for His purposes.

    Why would God use Trump? Why Biden? That is not for me to answer. But the Bible says He does.

    So even with situations that I cannot fully see I am willing to accept God's Word.

    That is the difference between you and I. Where you hold God accountable to yourself and only accept passages that meet your expectations I am willing to believe the Bible without demanding a reason for God's actions.

    May I ask why you want God to be less than all powerful, all knowing and all present? Such a god would not be God at all. It would be like worshipping an idol made of wood.

    Sasse spoke truthfully about President Trump. He has not asked for anything from Trump that I am aware of. President Trump called Sasse all types of names and demeaned both Sasse and others. He is a world class bully.
