You just nullified grace and made it merited action.

6 For behold your calling, brethren, that not many wise after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
    27 but God chose the foolish things of the world, that he might put to shame them that are wise; and God chose the weak things of the world, that he might put to shame the things that are strong;
28 and the base things of the world, and the things that are despised, did God choose, yea and the things that are not, that he might bring to nought the things that are:
29 that no flesh should glory before God.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who was made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption: 1 Cor 1

...but @robycop3 is different, special, from all the rest of us...it is of roby that roby is in Christ Jesus!

So the ultimate basis of salvation is our free will choice, and not the will of God?

There are no classes of Christians, as Scripture says, and only ONE way of salvation. If Jesus knocked at a Laodicean's door, He knocks at Americans' doors in the same manner.

Not at all. God made all eligible for salvation.

Did God the father intend to save all by the Cross of Christ?

Your statement is and has been demonstrated to be false.
Whatever you believe, it is not supported by the Bible.

The ultimate basis is God choosing before the foundation of the world. God wrote us into the New Covenant.

robycop, I provided scripture...and now you utterly toss it away to double down on your own opinion.
No one can counsel you when you openly refuse scripture.

Honestly, I am convinced you do not even know what you wrote and how your statement nullified grace. At this point you are just making it up as you go along.

I showed you otherwise, but you choose to place man-made doctrine above Scriptural truth.

Jesus didn't say, "Behold, I stand at a Laodicean's door..." or "at an elect's door". He said "THE door", tyhat is, everyone's.

Tell us the name of someone who was born predestinated for hell, with no chance for redemption.

Again, God does not predestinate us to hell. We are already headed there in the natural man

God predestinates us to salvation, righteousness peace hope and the joy of heaven
