ἕλκω, in verse 44, can also be used for "draw to oneself, attract, of the magnet", which is what the Gospel Message is about, where the sinner is ATTRACTED to the Good News, by the Holy Spirit.

Look at the Greek usage and you will see that it does not need to have any reference to drag or magnet.

You should never accuse God of being unjust. Your view of God's justice is skewed. Since all of humanity 'justly' deserves condemnation --how can you complain? He mercies some and he hardens those whom he wants to harden. As you have audaciously questioned God's justice you have also by consequence questioned his mercy.
