Biden is a traitor of the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Especially the Second Amendment.

Biden is correct.

I am pro-Second Ammendment, but at the same time I realize the firearms afforded to American citizens - while superior to the weapons avaliable when the Ammendment was written - are exponentially inferior to weapons afforded the government.

The proposed purpose of armed citizens preventing tyranny is pretty far fetched. That said, before boys were "girls" it was every little boys fantasy game (we used magnolia buds as grenades and BB guns). And it makes for entertaining movies.

'The proposed purpose of armed citizens preventing tyranny is pretty far fetched.'

Was not far-fetched for the patriots that fought and bleed against British tyranny.

It wasn't. That is my point.

We have laws preventing citizens from having the types of weapon systems that our government uses.

The Brittish did not have weapon systems far superior to the Patriots.

That would be like a LEO saying "you broke the Vehicle and Traffic law"
Instead he would day - "going 50 in 30 mile school zone"

He is a Nazi gun baner. He denies Americans have the Right to Keep and Bear Arms. I am somewhat shocked that an explanation needs to be given.

When accusing an American citizen of treason, we need to keep in mind how narrowly the CoUS defines the act:
Article 3 Secion 3-
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.

Is waging war against our country's energy independence an act of Treason as defined in the Constitution?
Is waging war using the FBI against a political opponent an act of Treason as defined in the Constitution?
Is waging war against the Tea Party using the IRS an act of Treason as defined in the Constitution?

Regretfully, no.

Has someone been convicted of "Treason" for engaging in a mining strike? Mr. Biden has done far more to cripple America.

No. Quoting Wiki:
In Ex Parte Bollman, 8 U.S. 75 (1807), the Supreme Court ruled that "there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war."[17]
Non germane claim. Did I point out a person was convicted of treason?
Or how about giving aid and comfort to the enemy? Again individuals have been convicted due to their independent action to hide a NAZI.
