Christ died for the sin of unbelief !

Why did God have them "flip coins" if His call is with respect of persons?

    God is absolute.

So those He saves were a cut above the rest and share His glory? They do good works because He saved them. Remember, they were chosen unto good works, not because of them.

Christ died for the sin of unbelief !

What then did God make from the same lump? It says He hated Esau (check Esaus's national history) and loved Jacob. While they were innocent in the womb.

Christ died for the sin of unbelief !

You do not understand what I'm saying. Out of the SAME lump, He makes one vessel to honor and another to dishonor. Salvation is not based on anything other than God's arbitrary choice between the two made from the same lump.

    Dumb jokes only

A couple of New Jersey hunters are out in the woods... When one of them falls to the ground. He doesn't seem to be breathing, his eyes are rolled back in his head. The other guy whips out his cell phone and calls 911. He yells, "MY FRIEND IS DEAD!! WHAT CAN I DO?!?! "The operator says, "Calm...

God's election of individuals to salvation/Reprobation purely arbitrary

Why did God choose you if not to choose a pathetic lost sinner to glorify His mercy, according to Paul?
  7. 1689Dave

    God is absolute.

The Arbitrary election of whom He saves and whom He damns. Everything is based on His nature for His glory. If he chose you because of your supposed goodness, it would be for your glory, not His.

Christ died for the sin of unbelief !

You failed to understand that the election of individuals to salvation or damnation was purely arbitrary. None of His decrees were. They were based on His nature or attributes.

    Vaccine killing Chilldren

So you want me to sin based on what? A conspiracy theory?

    Texas Covid-19 Summit

Whatever is not of faith is sin. I know God provided these vaccines, so it would be a sin for me to reject them. You do not know God provided them, so it would be a sin for you to take them. Suck on that for a while.

    Word of the Year

The gifts verified the Apostles. They ceased when the Apostles ceased. Scripture gives a complete view. Tongues and prophecy did not.

    Vaccine killing Chilldren

This is your opinion. My opinion is that God gave the science based on Daniel's end-time prophecy through the increase of knowledge. Here's the problem. Whatever is not of faith is sin. So for me to reject the vaccine is a sin even if it isn't. For others to take it is sin if not done in faith.

    Texas Covid-19 Summit

Who knows? You think what you hear is true. The next guy doesn't. But paranoia should not be fed. Faith should be fed instead.

    Alec Baldwin conspiracies swirl

What goes around comes around. What a fine bunch of jurors this bunch would make. With the audacity to parade themselves about on a forum calling themselves Christian.

    Now that's udderly rediculous..........

    Understanding The Protestant /Catholic Divide

There is no Biblical case for Catholicism. So how do you prove the rest of your claim?

    Word of the Year

Go raise some dead people and prove me wrong. Where's the evidence you are right? Everyone has a camera phone yet not one example. And scripture did replace the gifts.

    Vaccine killing Chilldren

What resources do you have that we can depend on? Is it the same paranoid bunch we try to avoid?

    Understanding The Protestant /Catholic Divide

This is how it works. Paul says believers have Christ's imputed righteousness just as they once had Adam's imputed sin. So we cannot perish. Salvation is out of our hands. But Paul teaches that we have our own wood, hay, stubble works that can merit reward in the resurrection. Or be burnt up...
