I would not put too much emphasis on EDUCATION, since this old saying fits very well in many cases: "He has been educated beyond his intelligence." Especially when "common sense" is included in the equation.

I assume that I have been, since when I donate blood they "SAY" that they DO test for this bug! Haven't heard a word, so -- either I'm clear, they really did not test, OR, they are extremely slow to respond. If not for this, NO, I would not volunteer for a test.
