My biggest complaint w/LW is that the writers/editors/?? seem to inject their own "probablys" too much to suit me. To me this is just a minor irritant, so I usually just overlook it; but it's like an itch that you have trouble scratching to satisfaction.

Affirmative action was the death knell of education IMHO! No doubt something had to be done, but a TRUE academic admission policy would have, again IMHO, taken care of that.

Seems you're the one selling short the wisdom of "senior voters". If anything, we already know the shortcomings of seniors as we have experienced a lot, if not most, of them and anyone who changes his vote due to a political "MOCK" is too far gone for them to make any rational decision anyway...

Not answering for JonC, but my take is: #1 is just a LEGAL way of mocking Christianity; no more no less #2 is simply applying the civilized law against MURDER. IMHO, both, and virtually ALL of the left/dem/liberal/progressive ideas are 100% against Christian & American beliefs.

Look at the evolving/changing "requirements" for "getting back to normal"! The very 1st one was to flatten the curve of increasing deaths. The criteria have moved as each goal was met. How much controversy has there been in the "medical" circles re: masks??? How drastic have the dem governors...

I have come to the conclusion that those who claim to be Christian, yet support the left, are: 1) totally ignorant of the platform & "standards" (??) of the left, 2) are far from being a Christian, 3) are just willfully blind! --- Or some combination of the above.
