It is different in that it ASSUMES true "libertarian free-will" in the same sense as any Arminian or "Open Theist" or anyone else you want to conjure up sees true "free-will".. There is ZERO difference in a Molinist's understanding of "Free-Will" as there is anyone else's... Molinists use...
