    Christian Marriage proposal

I thought that was exceptional. Good for them. May they have a wonderful life together with Jesus right in the middle of it. ...for everyone else..., well, they just need to get a life.

Interesting Outreach - Drive Thru Prayer

It looks to me like those offering prayer would at least walk out to the car and meet the folks face to face rather than stand behind bullet proof glass. They cold don roller skates like at Sonic. To each their own, I suppose.

Interesting Outreach - Drive Thru Prayer

From the article; The Hunters, in their white SUV, were grateful. “We’re so busy, and everyone needs prayer,” Renee Hunter said after submitting their request. "We're so busy and..." Give me a break. So busy they don't have time for church or to pray? Not a very good example. I would...

A Happy Easter Wish to All My BB Family!

Thank you. Our church has been in prayer for the past month for the Lord to fill the pews tomorrow morning. We are expecting an exciting time and expecting a blessing for the lost to come to Jesus. Statistics reflect that more people go to church on Easter Sunday than any other day of the year.

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

You present some honest, candid questions as you reveal things about yourself that many try to push down and hide. This was my intent. I would assume that many individuals have experienced situations as have the rest of us. Only difference is they don't want to openly admit it as they are...

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

This is a remote possibility but what if, being sent back is a judgment? What if those who are saved pass on though to Heaven, but the unsaved who weren't totally deserving of hell were sent back. Such as one who never heard the Gospel thus no chance. This was the position of Edward Casey...

    Who Said?

I don't know if this word has been mention yet but it just drives me nuts when I hear it pronounced this way. Am-ba-lance rather than Amb"u"lance. Ebonics at work I suppose.

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

I'm drawn to the same Scripture as revmwc suggested, Job 40:15-24, when it comes to the dinosaurs.

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

Winman, I am aware of a dedicated Baptist Pastor in Florida that witnessed an Unidentified Object late one night. He was in awe at how it performed while in flight. It didn't shake his beliefs at all but rather, just raised his curiosity.

As for the remarks in previous posts about the pope, I don’t think he is on record as believing in extraterrestrials. He has said that if you want to believe in them it is all right. The Vatican has taken a serious approach to gazing into the Heavens. Here's a link...

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

Everybody always says, "I was a Roman solider" or "I was Joan of Arc" or "I was an African Queen". Nobody ever says, "I was Leo, the village pedophile" or "I was a garden slug". Obviously, a dead giveaway as not everyone was rich and famous. Yes, there are probably a hundred different...

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

I have very vivid dreams. They are incredibly detailed. I frequently have episodes of deja vu (that feeling that the exact same thing has happened before.) Sometimes I can even predict what is going to happen next (on a 5 to 10 second time frame.) I chalk it up to having dreamed it before or...

For me, the fact that the pope believes in them is pretty good evidence for me not to believe it. I hear 'ya. A good reason to head in the opposite direction.

The one who took the original X-ray was a Chiropractor and at first he didn't even notice it. What I was referring to was there "is" a doctor (Dr. Roger Leir) out there who operates to remove "alien implants". Needless to say I'd never contact him one way or the other but there are folks who...

Thanks for your responses, folks. I too point the finger at Satan and his minions as he does have awesome power to deceive and is an expert at what he does. Years ago I spoke with my pastor about this and by his reaction it was like I tore him right out of the frame. He actually "hot footed"...

    Never Discussed In Christian Circles

I'd like to change the subject a bit and discuss a topic that is never spoken of in Christian Circles. To begin with, let me say that I am a Born Again Christian. I do believe in the Lord and have accepted Jesus as my Savior. I also accept the Word in that when a believer dies they...

    Beautiful Reminder of His Incarnation

I liked that. A great post. From seeing those pictures I can't help but wonder the mind set of those so-called masters of the Word when Jesus spoke and taught to them. They had to have been awe-struck with His insights and knowledge. Can't you just see it? Not to mention that it's...

    Superstar

In fact, he never once told me how to get saved, or the fact that I needed to get saved. My father used to always say, "You can tell kids but you can't tell 'em much." Course, when it comes to salvation the Lord has to call you first.

    Judas

Why did the Romans need someone to point him out? I don't suppose the Roman's "needed" someone to point Him out. It was just the signal set up by those religious folks who wanted Him dead. It also publicly showed that one of His own turned against Him. A little PR Work to support those who...

    Superstar

I never saw it and it had nothing to do with Hippies. To me the very title was mocking. Jesus, is our Lord and Savior. A far cry from "J C Superstar".
