The boss draws the line. It's his/her company. You obey or you leave the company.
If the government says you must ______ then you either obey or you leave. Mennonites have done this for 500 years. You have a choice. Go to a different government.
Under China's one child policy, were Christians justified in disobeying? The answer is that if God gave the family more than one child, they were bound by obeying God over men or they could try to leave China.
This would be a good opportunity to witness.
One could quit while wishing the boss the best.
If I liked the job I'd just get the vasectomy. I doubt the second go around would make any difference, but maybe I'd get a day off.

Certain individuals here can think what they want, but I can ignore a vaccine mandate in good conscience and perfectly adhere to Romans 13.

And we are to care for our bodies. I could not in good conscience take the vaccine.
Which means it's an unlawful and immoral command, and no one is bound to obey it, no matter the political boundaries.
And if the Christians have the power to bring China to justice, they must.

If an employer requires something I am not willing to give then I would leave that employee.
While your idea that business owners should be forced to acquiesce to the demands of the employees is more common today, it is a dangerous practice that undermines the principle of ownership.

the best objection you can proffer is elevating a business over the person.
we have, for our casual reading pleasure, the acknowledgement of what entity is superior ... it's called the Bill of Rights. Now it was written to restrain the government, the Fed Government, but additionally is the Declaration of Independence ... not only of the new nation from King George, but of each CITIZEN of These United States.
With that is the responsibility to be self-governing as John Adams described the new nation's government being woefully inadequate for a people who isn't moral and religious.

This elevation of business/company over people is unConstitutional ... it's also unGodly. We have freedom in Jesus Christ, not IBM. The collusion of (big) business with big govt is eradicating the sovereign entity in our society: the individual. I believe this collusion will result in Daniel's "terrible" beast. Promoting this, even inadvertently is UNWISE.
Conclusion. World is extremely over populated.
It's not about finding a place to stick everyone. It's about feeding everyone without negatively impacting the environment.
Reynolds .... the world's population is over represented in places .... but it's hardly over populated.
Earlier I started to offer the point of the fallen world. Before The Fall, before The Flood and the resulting salt water oceans .... the planet was incredibly productive. I clumsily tried to connect the land mass of West Texas ... but it lacks moisture for crops.
Anyhow ... the plan was to have the 8 billion .... rurally. Cain is the father of cities and ... well .... we know where most crime is committed.

- At the end of 2018, the world population was 7,631,091,040 and that year 57,625,149 people died. This showed an overall death rate of .76%. I know some of you are shocked by this, but yes, 57 million people died of all types of causes in 2018. When you reach the end of your life, you die.
- At the end of 2019, the world population was 7,713,468,100 and 58,394,378 died. Naturally, because we had more people reaching the end of their lives, more people died. The death rate that year was .76%.
- At the end of 2020, the world population was 7,794,798,739 and 59,230,795 died. The death rate was .76%. Yes. That’s right. In the year of the deadly pandemic the world’s population grew by 81,330,639 people and the death rate did not change by even a hundredth of a percent. The media never once pulled back the lens to show this, they continued to show the narrow focus of case counts and Covid deaths. Even going so far as to change causes of death so that someone who died “with” Covid in their system was counted as someone who died “of” Covid. The Western world shut down over a disease about as deadly as the common flu. And our rights were shut down along with it.
Look at agriculture and rethink your analysis. Population centers are competing with agriculture for water. Crop land is being pulled out to save water. Agriculture has been forced to resort to extreme polluting measures to keep up. 1/3 of the world is in hunger. Vast areas of land on this planet are not able to be put in agriculture. We are far past the population point that requires us to pollute the planet to feed ourselves. Once we pass that point, it is a downhill spiral.
