Isn't it just grape juice until it ferments.

Any doctor that is honest will tell you alcohol is not good for stomach ailments. The wine prescribed to Timothy was not fermented.

The Word of God is against drinking, the Word of God is against drinking. It matters not what I am against.

The Word of God is not against drinking, the Word of God is not against drinking. The Word of God is against drunkeness, the Word of God is against drunkeness. You, STIC, not the Word of God, are against drinking, and you cannot bind your beliefs on another Christian.

Jesus clearly drank an alcoholic beverage. Otherwise, Jesus could have told them that He was not a drunkard because He didn't drink an alcoholic beverage, but that is not what said. He drank an alcoholic beverage(obviously not to the point of drunkeness) and He was indeed a friend of tax collectors and sinners(thank God for that).

Jesus, as King of kings would not have drank alcoholic wine, nor created it to cause others to be tiempted to sin under its influence. If your Jesus drank alcohol, you need to switch Jesus's. The Son of God did not admit to drinking fermented beverage.

Note that the term is "new wine" here - not wine. It is the word "tiyrowsh" meaning "wine, fresh or new wine, must, freshly pressed wine" and is different than the word "yayin" which means "wine". They are 2 different substances and cannot be used interchangably.

Are you addressing MY post about the fact that 'new wine' and 'wine' are two different words in the original Hebrew?? I don't think the guy at the liquor store knows Hebrew - he's German.

On the contrary, I have accepted the truth, and have been sharing it. Continue to blaspheme the Lord and His Holy character by saying He drank alcohol. It is you who will answer for not believing who He is, not me.

You might want to be careful there, bucko, about accusing me of blaspheming. Remember, when you are pointing your finger at me you have more fingers pointing back at yourself.

By the way, I see nothing in the Bible that teaches that one's salvation is dependent upon whether he/she believes that Jesus drank alcoholic wine or not.

You also might to turn your attention to your own uncharitable attitude of viewing those who disagree with you as being blasphemers. I am afraid that you think way more highly of yourself than you have any reason to.
