No and I found serious errors in each. But it shows that salvation is deeper than faith, which is a reaction to being saved.

“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” (Romans 5:8–9) (KJV 1900)

I.e. If someone is Justified by Christ's blood, but doesn't live long enough to be justified by faith, do they perish? Knowing that they would surely have faith if given the chance?

The moment one has faith, they're saved.

But regeneration can happen at an earlier date. Man, this Calvinism doctrine is confusing stuff.

Not every Calvinist believes that. I do not. I believe God draws His elect to the point of regeneration but I do not believe scripture teaches a person can be regenerated for an indefinite period of time prior to conversion.
