I have a question (more than one, but at least one).
Why should Christians work to have a secular government discriminate against people because of their sexual preferences?
Why should Christians sit in judgment over a world that is already condemned?
It seems to me the better thing for Christians to do is reach other people with the gospel.

moot reasoning, becuase as Christians as lights in this dark world, if we do not stand against wickedness and lawlessness, then who will? Sin is sin, if we take a stand against abortion, then why stop on sexual "preference"? I don't see the Bible allowing for this.
1 Corinthians 5:12–13 What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked man from among you.”
What did Jesus say to the Roman government? Did Paul preached against abortion in the Roman empire?

Yes and no. We are to be witnesses of Christ. We can argue against Scripture, but that is really not our place.So let mass murder of the unborn continue, and let immoral living continue unchecked, because we should not be concerned.
We are concerned. But we are faithful.
The world is by definition evil. Any change will be the change wrought by God through the gospel. Stop trying to change the world and live for Christ.
It will not be done. The World is already condemned. We do not judge those outside.
Christians need to stop trying to redeem sin and focus on the gospel.
