The term "Rush said" is enough to make anyone throw up. There is no vitriol in me about Rush Limbaugh, only an objective observation. You can belittle Ron Paul all you want, which makes no sense because you know he is unelectable. It seems very odd to me that you demean Ron Paul who is a decent man, and admire Rush Limbaugh who is not.

Strange how he has such a huge listening audience then...

Seems that you are just off on a bender here.

Have you actually ever listened to Rush, oh say for a week at a time?

It's not strange that he has a large following. He's an entertainer - a comedian. And part of comedy today is a huge trend of trashing other people - sometimes in a cruel way. I don't know why society likes that so much.

There have been lots of orators through the centuries who've had large followings. It didn't make them worthy people nor did it make their opinions worthy.

I've listened to him several times in the past. I could never wrap my brain around why his words were important.

If your comments - "He is nothing but a pill popping, immoral, womanising, gluttonous, self indulgent slob...Rush Limbaugh is nothing but pure trash..." are not vitriolic we must have completely different definitions of the word. There are anger management classes available.

Let's look at the above in a different manner. Take a step back, forget Rush, and consider if you heard of a person who .....................

1. Has been in rehab a number of times for prescription drug abuse.
2. Has been found with a prescription sexual enhancing drug when returning to the US after a vacation and the US Custom confiscated them
4. Has a huge ego
5. Is overweight
6. Has had three divorces

What would your conclusions about that person be with this information?

Let's look at the above in a different manner. Please review the following 6 items and then come to your answer.

What has any of that to do with Rush's radio program, and why are you talking about President Clinton in those terms?

Just answer the question. You're smart enough to figure it out ... at least I think you are.

My conclusions? None

1. Prescription drugs - it can happen to anyone
2. If he had a prescription what is the big deal?
4. Ego? Subjective
5. Over weight? Subjective
6. Three divorces? Who knows? He's hard to live with? He made bad choices? Women marry him for his money?

I fail to see where any of this is evidence of a "war on women".

I'd say the person who put the list together is a simpleton. 3 comes after 2, not 4. Hard to take someone's argument seriously when they make a list like that.

And we all are preoccupied with Rush while our beloved country goes down the drain under the leadership of a socialist Prez. Look at my left hand and ignore the right!

If we are going to use your issues then we get to toss out about 75% of America -- for most of America has gone down one of those paths at one time or another, and likely even you...

What would your conclusion be about a person that:

1. Continues to demonize someone for past sins that has been publicly confessed and repented
2. Loves to stack up as many issues to tear someone down
3. Makes false accusations about someone's agenda as part of political talking points

Are you talking about Rush?

My questions are about an unknown person, someone you read about but know nothing else about. So, what is your answer the my questions about such a person?

After you answer the other questions, my friend. I have noticed in the past that often when someone asks me a question in response to a question I initially asked and I reply, they use that reply to avoid answering the initial question. Seemingly it is a way of avoiding answers and derailing the initial questions.

So, you answer the first questions and then I will answer you replying questions. Seems only fair.

You missed the point. I was wrong about the ability you have to answer them. I am sorry for my mistake.

It is always a mistake. He is either incapable of rational discussion, or unwilling to engage in it.

As I said when I do that you will, in all probability, use that answer to avoid my questions. So I will answer your question after you answer mine. Seems only fair.

Your using my questions to ask a question is not a response to my questions. So I am waiting. If you will not or cannot answer then I guess your and I are finished with questions.

You continue to show how you missed the point. My answer to your questions is my questions. They make the point that responds to your questions. But you want to avoid them because you do not want to answer for your poor behavior.

You questions were simply questions, not answers. Unless you have an answer, a real answer, I am finished with this particular topic with you.

I would like others to answer them honestly.

Cheers.
