Those middle aged women giving away vegetables might be hiding stashes of automatic weapons under those tables. Better send in the SEALs.

Are you a communist? Do you want to see more bloodshed? The reason that the local government is not enforcing the law is that they know it will be a bloodbath as it was with Occupy Wall Street. They, like you, are hoping to blame the bloodshed on Trump. You remind me of the Australian who invented the boomerang grenade.

Where do you live? In a certain neighborhood in some city perhaps? How would you like it if some group came in from out of the area and cordoned off several blocks with your house right in the middle of it all, with checkpoints and guards demanding you show some ID before you are allowed to go to your house? Drum playing and chanting at all hours of the day and night, drunk and stoned people rolling up and down your street, defecating on your front lawn, maybe sacking out uninvited on the couch on your porch and all that with no end in sight. You would be just fine with all that, right?

That is the movie script your news sources have been trying to trick you into believing is actual news? That is a lot of CGI they need to use to make all that happen in CHAZ footage. Fox News is basically showing its viewers a produced fictional movie and calling it news.

Fox News Busted for Altering Protest Images and Video Again

After Rolling Stone first spotted a June 2nd Fox News video report where the network selectively edited out police overreacting with guns drawn and handcuffing the wrong people in Los Angeles, now the network has been busted doing the same with photos.

According to the Seattle Times, on Friday Fox News’ website published digitally altered and misleading images to make the largely peaceful demonstrators in Seattle’s Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHAZ) look violent and dangerous.

No sir, I have been hearing interviews on the radio with residents who actually live there. They are so afraid of retaliation that they cannot give out their names. They tell of the noise and the mayhem that is going on, particularly at night and all of the other problems caused by this unlawful occupation of a major American city.

But of course you never answer any questions put to you directly, so let me try again. So where DO YOU live. Big city? Small city? Town? Village? In a rural setting?

1. Would you want an outside group to come into your neighborhood, put up barricades with checkpoints with your house right in the middle of the set up area thereby impeding your entry and egress?

2. Would you like to have hundreds if not thousands of these people who do not actually live in the area constantly milling around?

3. Would you like to have all the associated activities that is now going on in your home area. like constant music, yelling, shootings, all the extra garbage, and porta-potties set up everywhere?

4.Would you like living in a neighborhood where the city police are not allowed to enter?

5. Would you really like to live in a city where the Mayor is weak and feckless and does nothing to maintain law and order for all citizens?

Your turn.

In Nashville, the protesters wanted to occupy the capitol building, mayor was okay with that, governor said they could protest there but couldn't sleep there else he'd send in the Tennessee NG and remove them one by one.

Clarify the first sentence please.

Sure - it's unethical to mislead the reader into supporting your narrative. They showed a picture of Minneapolis burning and used that same picture on an article on CHAZ. FOX News took on picture of some guy armed a week ago and digitally altered that picture in with a later picture to make the finished picture "scarier".

Propaganda at that point, deliberately manipulating the reader into thinking the place is more dangerous than it is in reality. They want readers thousands of miles away to "do something" about the problem, and that exacerbates the situation IMO.

CHAZ is not autonomous - the reason the city won't cut off the power, water, cell phone tower is because they want them there. The people have NO idea what they are doing:

THE DEMANDS OF THE COLLECTIVE BLACK VOICES AT FREE CAPITOL HILL TO THE GOVERNMENT OF SEATTLE…

they are even advocating segregation at one point. I think it should just play out, Seattle has been in a state of lawlessness for some time. Last time I went, there were homeless and tents everywhere in the city, they are protesting against themselves.

These people are absolutely loony. One of my favorite items in the "demands" list:

"We demand the people of Seattle seek out and proudly support Black-owned businesses. Your money is our power and sustainability."

Demanding OPM, and it wasn't even under the economic demands!

Related to economic demands, we also have demands pertaining to what we would formally call “Health and Human Services.”
  1. We demand the hospitals and care facilities of Seattle employ black doctors and nurses specifically to help care for black patients.
  2. We demand the people of Seattle seek out and proudly support Black-owned businesses. Your money is our power and sustainability.

"We demand a retrial of all People in Color currently serving a prison sentence for violent crime, by a jury of their peers in their community."

I understand their demand here is that criminals be the jurors. My question is, what are "People in Color"?

Biden said that they were people who are going to vote for him.

I appreciate this.

Oh no, sensible black people talking here. Watch out Gold Dragon!

Ok I'll watch out, thanks. I'm not sure what Carson and Sewell's quotes have to do with the topic and my point here which is to show how people are being manipulated by fake videos, pictures and stories to believe a certain narrative about Seattle's CHAZ (or CHOP).

This guy has a hilarious video about CHAZ that some folks may have difficulty recognizing as sarcasm, mocking what Fox News, right wing and main stream media is telling folks about CHAZ. Language warning, lots of swearing in this one, most of it after the 5:00 mark.

This is very sad. I have been out there to Seattle several times in the past (about 15 years ago) and it was very nice place to visit. I certainly would not want to go there now

It is a felony what antifa is doing in Seattle but the liberals are so devoid of compassion that they don't care about the lower classes. I am starting to wonder if there is any middle class left in California, Oregon and Washington? It could be that they have a rust belt economy except for the rich in those states.

Have you been to Seattle recently? I guess there are big piles of trash all over and homeless everywhere and drug addicts shooting up in the very best part of town.

Any answers to my post #126? I see, you completely ignored it. Why am I not surprised.

I said to watch out because you are a big lib with what seems to be socialist/anarchist tendencies and I don't know if you can deal with a couple of black men who are conservatives.

Are you on the ground there in Seattle and getting first hand knowledge of what is actually happening, or are you like the rest of us and getting information about what is happening there from other sources? In other words, YOU could be getting a distorted view of what is actually going on, right?

It could be that the psuedo-hippy haven established by felony and liberal permissiveness looks good to some. Another place like that is Slab City, California, on an abandoned Marine training facility.
