I have a question, do know any other Languages besides English as I know some other languages and there are times when something can be generically translated as such, but it also have a deeper meaning. This seems to be the reason for the usage of the italics in the Geneva Bible and onwards, maybe some before used it.Perhaps I should learn Greek
I only know some Italian swear words… LOL because I’m from Northern New Jersey & I worked in the construction business in NY and NJ, so I have dialectic abilities for Nablatan, Calebrase & Sicilian (your basic Southern Italian).I have a question, do know any other Languages besides English as I know some other languages and there are times when something can be generically translated as such, but it also have a deeper meaning. Anyhow, we don't need to learn Greek/Hebrew, it taketh years to fully understand it, though I guess there is no evilness of learning it, but we should just trust the English.
The King James Bible scholars were educated, some were even understanding this biblical languages when they were yet a youth, some even knew more than 15 lanuages, they also compared the preveious translations, foreign bibles and checked the Hebrew/Greek/Amaramic.
There is no need for any relearning of the Greek/Hebrew, and we don't speak Biblclical Hebrew/Greek in the 21st century.
I believe the Bible, there is no need for any liberal, Bible corrector, money makingness, we have the word of God and no need to change it. Its enough they have doubted the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, they are the ones privily bringing in damnable heresies of adding and subtracting from the word of God. Even denying the Lord Jesus.
Also, I do know that the King James translators were mostly Anglican and had some doctrine that I would not believe in. Anyhow, they were not biased in their translation and even the Bible rebukes some of the unscriptural views of the Anglican Church.
