So where do you stand on the new property confiscation rules?

I support them if they are used properly. The Federal Law Enforcement agencies are usually quite reasonable with their seizures and assert forfeiture. The IRS is the agency that abuses beyond measure its right to seize and forfeit.
IRS seized all the bank accounts of a man I personally know. The reason they seized his accounts is because he had an unusual pattern of cash deposits. He ran a gun store and made two cash deposits a week. They were usually between four and five thousand dollars. They kept his money for almost a year and he would have gone out of business if family had not loaned him money. When it was all said and done, no wrong doing on his part was found by IRS. They seized the money for no reason other than transaction pattern.

You have not linked Colin Powell or Condoleeza Rice's emails with the RNC server where 22 million emails were allegedly lost. You have only shown that Powell also used a private email address.
----

...most of Clinton’s predecessors did not regularly use email. Just four former secretaries of state have held the job during the prominence of electronic communications: Clinton, Condoleezza Rice, Colin Powell and Madeleine Albright.

According to MSNBC, an aide for Albright said she "did not use email while she was in office" from 1997 to 2001. And Rice, head of the State Department from 2005-09, was not a habitual emailer either, according to multiple reports.

So that leaves Powell, a regular email user, as Clinton’s only predecessor who serves as a useful comparison. When we reached out to the Clinton campaign, they pointed us to Powell.

Like Clinton, Powell used a personal email address. However, there’s a big difference: Clinton hosted her email on a private server located in her home. Powell did not.

Many politicians use private addresses, but private servers like the one Clinton used are rarely seen, said John Wonderlich, a policy director at the Sunlight Foundation, a nonpartisan group focused on government transparency, for a prior PolitiFact story.

Hillary Clinton said 'my predecessors did the same thing' with email

This was your question: "I've been Googling and I haven't seen a mention of any admin official using the email server at the RNC." I answered your question.
Do you understand the concept of "burden of proof?"

And are you ignorant of the fact that all the emails are accounted for?

And that none contained classified material?
You have no proof that all of the emails have been recovered
Do you understand the concept of "burden of proof?"

And are you ignorant of the fact that all the emails are accounted for?

And that none contained classified material?

You're simply wrong.

Eventually, the Bush White House admitted it had lost 22 million emails, not 5 million. Then, in December 2009—well into Barack Obama’s administration—the White House said it found 22 million emails, dated between 2003 and 2005, that it claimed had been mislabeled. That cache was given to the National Archives, and it and other plaintiffs agreed, on December 14, 2009, to settle their lawsuit. But the emails have not yet been made available to the public.

The mystery of what was in the missing Bush emails and why they went missing is still years away from being solved—if ever.
The National Archives now has 220 million emails from the Bush White House, and there is a long backlog of Freedom of Information Act requests already. But not all of the emails will be available to the public until 2021, when the presidential security restrictions elapse. Even then, with currently available archiving and sorting methods, researchers still have years of work to figure out whether Cheney deleted days’ worth of emails around the time of the WMD propaganda campaign that led to war, Blanton says.

George W. Bush's White House "lost" 22 million emails

Accounted for does not mean investigated nor does it mean these emails are available to the public. Understand?

Nope. You did not link Colin Powell to the RNC server. You did not link Condoleeza Rice to the RNC server. Prove that their emails were among the so-called millions lost.

I don't believe you have a clue about what really went on. You're just drinking the Kool Aid.
You have obviously indulged in the liberal Kool Aid. I do not know what went on. That is the point. People need to shut up until credible evidence exists.

Oh there was a reason. He was a gun store owner they they used the premise to shut him down. You can believe it.

What I've demonstrated is that the same activity that Hillary Clinton was raked over the coals for during the election was done by previous Sec. of State during the Bush administration. Actually, their activity was worse because they refused to respond to a subpoena from Congress. They got a mere slap on the wrist.

POWELL EMAIL SHOWS CLINTON WAS HARDLY FIRST TO BREAK SECURITY RULES
A NEW PIECE of evidence surfaced Wednesday night in the imbroglio over Hillary Clinton's controversial use of a private server and Blackberry during her time as Secretary of State: A friendly message from Colin Powell detailing how he had used his own unapproved devices and private email during his time as head of the State Department years earlier.

Powell Email Shows Clinton Was Hardly First to Break Security Rules

HILLARY CLINTON EMAIL FUROR REVEALS HYPOCRISY ON THE RIGHT
Between 2003 and 2005, the George W. Bush White House “lost” around 5 million emails, including messages related to the firing of federal prosecutors who didn't adhere to Bush’s conservative agenda. A federal judge ruled that the White House didn’t have to look for them.

Those emails were among some 22 million messages that the Bush administration “lost” during its time in power, most from right around the period that it was crafting a scaffolding of lies to sell what turned out to be the greatest American foreign policy debacle in a generation: the Iraq War. The emails were eventually found in 2009, when Bush and Dick Cheney were safely back at their ranches, but long after thousands of young Americans were dead and maimed and hundreds of thousands of Iraqis were dead, and as Islamists were mustering to eventually capture swathes of lawless, war-ravaged turf for their hideous “caliphate.”

Colin Powell—Bush’s secretary of state and the team player dispatched to the floor of the U.N. to deliver some of the lies about Iraq’s supposed weapons of mass destruction—also used a personal email account while at the State Department. He didn’t even bother to set up his own home server but chose the eminently hackable public email giant AOL. And he was hacked, by an Eastern European criminal who used the nom de plume Guccifer.

The long Hillary Clinton email furor reveals hypocrisy on the right wing

I wish they would put Colin Powel in prison as well. I never liked him. He got that job because of his skin color.

Ah yes, the "look at this thing Bush did" defense.

There are a lot of [Edited] here. At least you're honest.
Powell would have never been in the Bush cabinet had he not been black. That is not racist, that is fact that is obvious to anyone with knowledge of Powell,s political background. I believe Rice would have been there regardless of color, but not Powell. Cheney along with most of Bush administration detested Powell.
