Not picking at you Nicolas, that's one of my son's name, but does this Cambridge "1769" in Ruth 3:15 say "she" went into the city, or "he" went into the city?

1762: "She"/Ruth went to Naomi's house into the city

1769: "He"/Boaz went into the city, but I fail to see where he went to Naomi's house. We do see Boaz at the "gate", but that is not understood to be the gate to Naomi's house, but the gate to the city.

I guess it just struck me, Brother Dr. Bob, there
really are KJVOites who believe that God through
the Holy Spirit translates word for word instead
of the translators. I wonder why then that teams
of people translate? There is no need for group
decisions on translation, if God is guiding, is there?

But i do know that your KJVO#4 and $5 folk nearly
all subscribe to the Doctrine of Ignorance as well.
The Doctrine of Ignorance says it is more Godly to
to be ignorant than to be educated (for education
is of the Lead Deamon. BTW, then "Dr" stands
for Demons Reign ). So, if it is more Godly to
be ignorant than educated, you have to have that
the Holy Spirit selectes the translator's words,
not the translator themselves.

I still see a three-pronged pitchfork:

1. deep-KJVOism (4th or 5th level)
2. anti-education
3. anti-success

Note that this sidenote is italicized, that
is, there is no Greek term in the source
that supports the addition of the word.
This preposition is added to clarify
the sentence in the English.
I do note that modern day exorcists
say things like: "I come against
the dark forces of evil and command them
to be removed in the name of Jesus!

IMHO the use of "over" is much more accurate,
for Jesus does give us the power
OVER unclean spirits. BTW, i might mention
"in the name of" really doesn't mean that
i have to use the correct name as the
ONE NAMERS teach. It means that i act on
the authority and in the interests of the
one for whom I act "in the name of".
So it hardly matters whether i call out
"Iesus" as in the REAL KJV1611 or "Jesus"
as in Modern Version KJVs or "Yeshua"
as the Jews use. The important thing is
that what is done is done because of Jesus,
for Jesus, on behalf of Jesus. BTW, it was
the disciples here that are given power to demolish
demonic strongholds. I think the power
still exists among we of the Church of the Living
God: Messiah Iesus!

Of course Jesus is "over" the enemies of the Cross, but he is most definitely "against" those He is over. Now I am under His authority, He is "over" me, but He is not "against" me, He is for me. Jesus is "over" the authority of the KJB, He is not "against" the KJB.

I wonder why those opposed to the superiority of the KJB take aim at we who stand on that fact of being God's Word? Is it they are against us? Are they then against God?

The idea is not to provide, not to get,

The Lord would provide, so there was no

variations in translation of scripture

and variations in our understanding of scripture
have an effect of 10.

Don't hate the Bible, just hate what yall kep doing to make it a storybook and confusing passages. But isn't it just special how you try to make out that we hate the Bible? Does reading scripture really cause you to wrest that easily?

We show direct contradictions in the mv's that yall idolize so much all the while yall hold to footnotes, sidenotes, and punctuation and spelling changes.

I showed you where your preferred reading leaves open the possibility for a misunderstanding by the onlooker, but instead while you say you understand the passage, yet cannot see the obvious. I have no idea how to pronouce
"Iesus", i've only seen it in print
and use it in print. I first studied English
in the 20th century (and now use
21st century English in the marketplace).
I do not know Elizebethan English.
I do note that there are enough silent
"e"s to drive a printer up the wall

So the "I" then did both the work
that the vowel "I" does now and
the constant "J" does now. I know in
American Sign Language (ASL) that the
"I" symbol is still, the "J" symbol
is a moving "I" symbol.

I see since the KJV1611 was first printed
that the "v" and "u" have exchanged places.
I always wondered aboout why a
"w" was called a Double "u" when it
looks like a Double "v". Now i know, the
"u" got doubled upon when it had the
shape of a "v".

Another format change was to not use the
interior "s" that looks like a current "f"
but just has the bar to the left.
An "s" at the start of a word looks like
our "s" today.

The other format change is that the
coloen ":" and semi-colon ";" were halfway
between the words, now they follow imediately
the previous word and have a space before the
next word. Tough it does seem about 1/3
of the KJVO posters insist on putting
no space whatsoever between the semi-colon
and the next word. This could be because
many KJVOites eschew education to excuse
their lack thereof.
