Is the current run of racism a sign of a deeper problem in America, or is it just two older Americans speaking their true minds on the way they were brought up in their youth?
My aunt, now passed, was extremely racist. She was brought up in the upper class area of Detroit [before the city fell on hard times], and went on to live in Gross Pointe. She was bigoted and extremely vocal, and when she'd come to California with my uncle, for their yearly vacation in the sun, as a kid I'd be embarrassed to go out with the family [in the public] as she was extremely vocal about blacks!
As I look at Bundy and Sterling, I have to wonder if their slant on black America is just something that was part of their day and age, and dying out with this older generation of Americans?
