DHK: Having said that we know that God is omniscient and knows all things. The "remembering" is judicial. It is like putting the sins in an envelope and sealing it, forever removing it from your criminal record.

Though we do have a sin nature, it is the Holy Spirit that puts that desire in us to do the things that God would have us to do. He begins a work in us.
Philippians 1:6 Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
And that "good work" God keep working in me. He keeps changing me. I fail many times. Every day I sin. Every day I come to the Lord and confess my sin. My fellowship is restored with God.
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
But my salvation is never in question. God gave me eternal life, and that eternal life can never become temporary. He will never take it back. It can never be lost. At salvation I became his child. I will always remain his child no matter what happens to me; no matter if I happen to fall into grievous sin (God forbid that should ever happen). Unfortunately it has happened to some. It is not up to us to judge their salvation. "The Lord knows them that are his."
We are to restore such a one back to fellowship with God, not assume that because of one grievous sin, he is not saved.
My salvation rests upon the shed blood of Christ, not on anything that I may have done or not have done.

If a person doesn't trust Christ COMPLETELY, they don't have saving faith, and will end up in Hell. That is the Bible...
Jesus saves me completely! Past, present, future, inside, and is working on my outside. He began a good work with Justification, empowers me to grow like him through sanctification, and one day will complete what he started through glorification at the resurrection.
If a person feels they can lose their salvation.. they don't trust Christ completely....

Let's take a look at this verse in Ephesians:

--The word "propitiation" means "satisfaction." It is a legal term. The demands of God were legally satisfied with the blood of Christ. He paid for my sins, and for the sins of the whole world with the payment of his blood. That met the demands of God. He paid the price of all my sins: past, present, and future.
So now you are saying the "whole" world is saved.2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
