God does not give us room. So why should I?

You think God is going to give someone eternal life knowing the person does not have true faith? Knowing they will return to their vomit?

Again, You take away from Gods omniscience..

If you can choose your salvation, is it really salvation?

    I suppose so.

If a drowning man calls out to a passing ship then he is choosing that salvation while at the same time completely unable to save himself. His hope is in a good captain who will turn towards him and lift him from the sea.

How so? If you can choose your soda from the refrigerator, is it really the soda that did something?
Moreso, if you can choose your soda, can you not put the soda back and choose a different one?

I am not sure what you mean. Choosing a soda?

Yet another who ignores the rules and hurls false charges, rather than addressing the biblical truths provided.

Always Calvinists engage in one false charge after another with no quotes. Did I create the terms, positional sanctification, progressive sanctification or ultimate sanctification? Google them.

There are three aspects of salvation, positional sanctification where God places an individual into Christ spiritually, progressive sanctification where, after we have been placed into Christ, we strive to become more Christ-like and serve Him as ambassadors with the ministry of reconciliation, and third, ultimate sanction where we are raised (or changed in the twinkling of an eye) to meet Jesus in the air, the redemption of our physical bodies.

Scripture refers to those positionally sanctified as having been (in the past) saved, and scripture refers to the progressive sanctification as being saved in the present, and also refers to our ultimate sanctification as our future salvation.

And finally, we can earn rewards, during our progressive sanctification, by the conduct of effective ministry. However we can loose those possible rewards which is termed a loss of salvation, by back sliding and ineffective ministry.

There is really nothing that needs to be explained as all the above has been explained till the cows come home.

If it's possible to lose one's salvation, I've definitely lost mine!
