You have still not answered my question. Perhaps the THIRD time will be the charm:
The police arrive at a scene where a girl has attacked one person (lying on the ground) and is approaching a second person with a kitchen knife. As the police approach, the second victim stumbles and the girl raises the knife to stab the second victim. What do the Police in "civilized countries" (like the UK) do?
I’ll answer.
First, UK police will raise a hand and say in a somewhat stern voice,
“ma’am, there is no need for violence. Our crisis intervention counselor is on the way to help you to recognize and properly control your emotions”
As the maniac begins stabbing the other girl, and that girl screams in terror for help, he will say, in a somewhat more harsh tone,
“ma’am, in the name of the Queen I am ordering you to stop stabbing that young girl, if you continue it is likely you could cause serious bodily harm and perhaps even death”
As the victim bleeds to death, someone will say, “see at least out police didn’t kill someone.”
peace to you
