Yes, Gib! You are right, there!!! The version thread would be the place for Captain Naaman----I mean, Dr. Bob to be healed of all his mental stress from all of those cruises gone "south!"

Well dear Sue, As soon as you get back from the doctor maybe you can sneak in a power nap! I just am praying that the surgeon finds nothing other than normal tissue changes! Nothing at all! I do feel a peace about this.

Isaiah 42:5-6 "Thus says God the Lord, who created the heavens and stretched them out, who spread out the earth and its offspring, who gives breath to the people on it, and spirit to those who walk in it, "I am the Lord, I have called you in righteousness, I will also hold you by the hand and watch over you, and I will appoint you as a covenant to the people, as a light to the nations."

So that God might be given the glory, praying now for a good report and God's hand of protection over our dear Sue!

Good mornin'. Dr.Bob, loveley pictures!! I am so glad yall got the opportunity to go!

We are waiting for the mechanic to call so we can have wheels again today. The water pump had to be replaced and the radiator flushed.

I promised my youth at church pizza for tomight if they ALL memorized a certain Bible passage last week, and they did it! Ia m so proud. It was fairly long. So we are having pizza, salad, and Coke tonight!

Hubby is getting ready to leave for Mexico Saturday. I am glad he gets to go, but I surely miss him when he's gone.

Well, have a good day everyone. I prayed for ya, too, Sue!!

Boy Howdy to all. Been up in the relaxing 'hot-water spa' all morning (Versions Forum) where we have a young poster over his head! Interesting place to come back to . . as if I never left. :(

Oh, well. THIS place is a time of prayer and fellowship. Remembering Sue and each of you in your daily walk with God.

PRAISE REPORT! PRAISE REPORT! PRAISE REPORT!

I have no signs of cancer and I didn't even have to undergo a biopsy!!!!!!

He does, however, want the tests repeated in four months.

God is SO good - ALL the time!

The surgeon said HRT (hormone replacement therapy) was causing these nodules and cysts so I am going to stop taking my PremPro forthwith!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR PRAYERS!!!!

Praise the Lord!

I know that feeling of relief. But taper off the PremPro, no cold turkey. You'll feel better.

You can't keep a busy woman down for long!

Hello everyone! I'm really glad that Sue's trip to the Doctor went really well. I'm praying for the other things in her life in the hopes that It will turn out as well.

My husband, father and 2 kids went to look at a new house today. It's a lot of money and i'm not sure if we can afford it or not. We found a floor plan that we just adore. I would love to be able to afford it, as it would give everyone in our home SPACE to move and breathe. More than we have now.

In other news, everyone's allergies are kicking up into high gear because of the changing seasons and weather the past few days and weeks.

Better to be lowly in spirit and amoung the opressed than to share plunder with the proud. ~ Proverbs 16:19 (Niv)

Great news Sue!

It's raining out here, a lot. We're being told it's hurricane Francis. If this is all I have to see of a hurricane I'm pretty happy!

After therapy today we stopped at the grocery store for ONE item. They had a really good sale going on though, so we ended up shopping. My bill came to $78.68 which wasn't bad, then I gave my coupons and it was only $43.81. It's not often I can get a week's worth of groceries for 4 people at that price, and none of it generic. (ew)

Sue-That's the kind of news worth sharing with all my friends. Our church needs to hear some good news. We've got the blahs and need a pick-me-up.

Oh Dear... I had a headache causing afternoon. I made Tuna Fish Sandwiches for supper and one of the 5 year olds was hysterical! He cried the rest of the afternoon. Nothing I said would satisfy him! He's afraid of tuna. He's afraid to go to the bathroom alone. The 2 1/2 year old took him for me!

My head is throbbing but PTL.... AWANA is working GREAT! My volunteers are devoted and the people who help me listen are thrilled to hear a 3 year old quoting scripture!

Yea, Sue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our pizza party was great. My girls are wild tonight, probably because they got Coke at church. But they are precious. They are playing 3 Muskateers, - Daddy is Goofy, and they are Micky and Donald. The 2 year old is running around saying... "We're all heroes!!!!!!" (pronounced HE- WOES) She makes me laught so much!! She collects pacifiers (called bee-bees areound here) and loves to line them up or put them into containers. Last night she called them "my girls" (pronounced "gulls") and she has been calling them that all day today. I love toddlers!

Just finishing therapy and searching for a bowl of ice cream. Then will retire early - I'm still off schedule from the trip to BC/Alaska and have another trip coming up for preaching this weekend, then run to Vegas and LA this time next week.

Wonder what the NON-handicapped are doing?? PRAISE GOD for the strength and health He has given this unworthy clay pot!

Blessings on all in the day to come.

Dr. Bob,

Glad you and wife had a delightful trip up the coast to two of the most beautiful places on the continent' BC and Alaska. How fitting that John Denver made his last film about Alaska and its beauty and sang the last song about Alaska.

To-day, it is raining harder than I have ever seen it rain in this neck of the woods. The heavens have opened up to help clean up this torn environment which humankind has so devastated with pollution.

Oh, and by the way, wife and I shall celebrate our wedding anniversary this very day (not saying how many years) and it has been an incredible half century voyage in God's grace and the wife's patience.

Cheers,

Jim

Good Morning All:

It is a cool 52ºF here this morning with humidity at 94%. We are expecting 'abundant' sunshine and a high of 77ºF. My kind of day!

I am still breathing a sigh of relief over the good report yesterday. I didn't realize how much I was "holding my breath"!

Bobby is going to Kansas, on the Amtrak this morning, to visit his parents and fiancé. (Amtrak is much cheaper than driving with the gas prices) He will be back Tuesday evening.

We are going to try and get his bedroom in the basement formed up and the drywall put on while he is gone.

Otherwise, this is a 'day as usual' for me. Brent loves school and is so excited to go everyday. THAT is a blessing!

Happy Anniversary Mr and Mrs. Jim :D .

Good morning everyone! I hope that your morning is going quite well. I hope that your chores are not distressing you too much. It is a beautiful 65 Degrees in Kansas City Missouri. I myself am working on Laundry and getting the house back in order after DH spent two wonderful days home.

He really is Tim Taylor's little brother :D .

Anyway I'll see you all around the board!
