1¶And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;Actually, it's all in Ephesians 2:1-10.
In vs 1, the Greek word for dead, means to miss the mark so badly that you die. Later when Paul tells us we are made alive, that Greek word means that God took you and caused you to hit the mark and even surpass the mark.
So, if you actually study this passage and the Greek words used, you will see that the Bible very clearly supports what I stated.

3Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

5Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved
6And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
I believe every verse . There is no mention of the death of christ the resurrection, Faith , believing, Holy Spirit so its not a detailed blow by blow account of how we were saved . This is talking to already saved people .
