Could you please explain to me what the "L" in T.U.L.I.P. is and what it actually means? This is a legitimate question because I think I may have misunderstood it.
"L" stands for "Limited Atonement." Limited, not in its ability to save. Not limited in its availability to save, but limited in its application. The Atonement is only applied to believers. "Sufficient for all. Efficient only for those who believe."

Of course we do. But who is it that will believe? The enemy of God? The one who refuses to accept the Gospel, who considers it foolish? Or the one who has been given a new, living, heart of faith with which to believe, repent, and obey?

Which is it? Do "my sheep hear my voice and follow me" or did He say "Satan's goats hear my voice and follow me?" It is either one or the other.
In all fairness,

No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day.
John 6:44 KJV

Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.
1 Corinthians 12:3 KJV

Just so I understand correctly, atonement only applies to the believer and only takes effect after that person becomes a believer?

John 10:9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
Hello PB...
Consider The Great Shepherd of Ezk34....explaining how He Himself will seek out His sheep.....He will seek and save His sheep, not goats, not some other sheep that do not belong to Him.

If someone cannot possibly access something that is "available", how then is it "available" to save them?
