That is not what the verse that I quoted says.
Could you please point out where the Bible teaches this?

The verse is also not saying that Satan's blinding is stronger than God's revelation . Or that once they turn to God that blindness ( veil) is taken away as in the case of the Jews.
The issue you have is why is Satan blinding already blind people in your system . The bible clearly shows that unbelivers CAN be reproved by the Holy Spirit from unbelief . And they CAN and DO respond to the Gospel .
